Analee listens to how you want your hair done and then gives input on what would be best for your hair type and I trust her 150% with my hair (she color/cuts/ styles your hair exactly how she describes). I arrived early and luckily they said they'd tried to call me due to a canceled appointment and was ready to get me in right away. Donna is very personable and nice.
