So my former dispensary ran out of my CBDA product that I had been on so I decided to come here to get a new CBD product. I had looked at their website and was thinking about getting the Mary's Medicinals 500 mg CBD tincture. I loved that they had a first time SD patient 20% discount! When I arrived I went through security where they check ya out and showed my ID to the receptionist and got all checked in. Super quick check in for new patients. Super cool layout of the store, everything's pretty much laid out on the walls and in the display cases. Don't have to wander around everywhere. Rochana called me over and helped me. I asked if she had CBDA and she informed me it's not a really popular form of CBD. She was extremely knowledgeable about everything. I am still a noob when it comes to CBD products and didn't get much help from other dispensaries so I just kind of stuck with this one brand. However, Rochana knew her products and got me EXACTLY what I needed. I explained I needed something during the day and something for evening and she had just the right thing in mind. I am extremely happy with my purchase because both products are working extremely well... She wasn't pushy at all, and listened to what I needed and wanted and made recommendations and seemed to care genuinely. I am so happy with my experience there. Been a customer since the day they opened up. The staff is really knowledgeable, super friendly and down to earth. They've got a great selection wether you're looking for bed or edibles. I usually stop in for CBD products for my mom. You've got a loyal customer in me. Keep setting the Goldn standard. Now for the reason you didn't get 5 stars. I literally just left your shop as I was prepping my mom for her trip back home. The young lady that helped me didn't have the best customer service but hey it's all good, we all have bad days so I didn't really sweat it. Here's where I got annoyed....she charged me $206 but when I got home the receipt said $205.96, now I get that it's only 4 pennies, but it's the principal of the matter. Pennies add up, so if she did that to me how many other customers did she do that to. Not trying to be malicious by any means because I rock with Goldn Bloom the long way but the tomfoolery she's on is bad for business. Still a loyal customer though. read more

The security guards need to tone it down a bit, reminds me of the dorks in high school that were picked on and take their jobs a little too seriously. It's weed not Fort Knox. Everything is behind glass. Looks nice but staff are up tight and NONE of the prices are listed. I would not come back. Security guard was like " is that your phone in your pocket" "ummm no it's my glasses " Seriously!? Long wait for just a pen. Womp. I understand security must ensure the safety of its customers but it was still over the top. Also, the single file soup nazi line was just bizarre. This should be a laid back atmosphere where you can see prices and look at different strains. I read some reviews and had to stand up for this great dispensary which I truly believe has the best deals and best service available in all of San Diego especially in the central SD/NC area where it's common to get shady rude security guards, over-priced, tampered sealed-containers and yes even brown-colored knock-off top shelf flower in seemingly official containers. I was told that, they add the customers to the system and while checking out at the counter, the cashier will have the info already. I went in yesterday and spent over 200 dollars , in that purchase you think that you'll receive something good, I WAS WRONG !! The reason I'm going out of my way to write another review on yelp other then just Weedmaps is due to the fact that I'm outraged at the fact I spent over 200 dollars and the "weed professionals" DONT CARE FOR THE CUSTOMERS FUCKEN PRODUCT ! That's over a 100 dollar product , I should at least enjoy , feel some sort of comfort and or anything instead, I got jipped because some girl with no knowledge of what she's selling, just trying to make a dam sell gave the this dry fucken shit that doesn't do anything.
