Parking is available via a lot and nearby lot, but it fills up quickly during peak hours. Lately, the biggest issue has been overcrowding. There's been a noticeable influx of members, especially in the evenings, making it tough to get through a workout efficiently. Long waits for popular equipment, limited space to move around, and packed locker areas all add up to a less enjoyable experience. While the gym has the foundation of a great training space, the congestion and tight layout make it harder to get the most out of your session. I work out here at least 4x a week. The machines are varied and mostly operational, the Neverending construction, only 1 of 2 toilets working in the temporary womens locker room. What next? The staff are warm and friendly and setting up an account is very easy and they make pictures flattering and worth a smile twice. The atmosphere is fun and enjoyable and getting drinks on the top of the zip of the badge card is also a plus linked to the card on the account for no hassle spending in the bar after workout. started to go to the gym about 7 months ago and I didn't know where to start. I found out the classes were free and know I am there 5 days a week in classes. i also have a son who is 3 and he goes to kids club, he absolutely loves it. the fact that he is happy while I get a great workout in make me even happier! highly recommen for any mom trying to get to the gym! While visiting family for a few days in Newburgh I was looking for a good gym to work out. My son suggested this place and boy was I blown away! From the warm, welcoming staff to the well equipped, clean facilities and even newly installed infrared saunas soon to have Himalayan salt, a clean jacuzzi, and large clean locker area with plenty of large lockers, this place tops any I have seen or worked out in. They even have indoor Pickleballnon Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am - 2pm. I did not see stair climbing equipment and asked the staff. They immediately introduced me to the manager Mike, who personally escorted me upstairs to see the numerous stair climbing machines there. All in all, this place rocks and is a major asset adding to quality of life in Newburgh. I can't 'til my next visit to enjoy these world class facilities, great staff and great clientele. The visitors cost of $20 per day was well worth it! read more

Caters more to men. There are 3 bathroom stalls for women, if they didn't have a family bathroom we'd be sunk. Last year they took down the toilet seat covers. There are two sinks. Some genius installed 5 showers which makes no sense must have something to do with the pool. Anyway the Lady Gold area is pretty run down looking with one TV. Long time member of the Newburgh Golds Gym that is very disappointed with the ongoing renovation of the men's locker room. This morning (Feb 18th) went to work out and the men's locker room is now limited to approximately 20 lockers! and they were all being used at 08:30 am. So, where do you change? Front desk indicated additional lockers are available upstairs out in the open so you can change there for all to see. Not acceptable! It seems that the men's locker room renovation plan was not well thought out and it certainly shows. Upon entry as a guest at this gym ( $20 ) I was confused on the actions I needed to take. Both of the workers seemed to be younger males, as I came in with my buddy he came in he started asking a few questions to one of the workers, I then proceeded to use the bathroom real quick but called back by one of the workers. Respectfully I walked back and instantly caught a rude and unprofessional attitude from the young male named Christian. I came in at roughly 9:30 PM on a Tuesday and christan started curssing at me and saying " be cool next time" as he lets in his friends saying " oh I know them" being a guest I was extremely confused. I did a free pass online but sense I came to this gym one time months and months ago he refused to go online and go to my day pass. I was told by higher management months previous that I can use a day pass every 6 months but this young man refused to even go Online and let my free day pass work. My buddy then proceeded to pay $20 for me to enter, as he then started muttering as I walked away to go workout. This was absolutely unreal and managment will hear about this directly. As a guest, being treated with such disrespect I will never become a member here. After I asked for his name on the way out he gave me his name and said what the f*** this guy. As a member of the United States Army I love working out to build myself stronger and stronger but unfortunately christian will only let me in if I knew him previous spite my friend have been a member for years previous, if I could rate this 0 stars I would. read more
