When I asked the owner Joe to give me the same deal on another cart with a serial number he got defensive and refused. He actually said that I was being difficult for asking for a cart with a legal serial number. After wasting a half a day plus gas and trailer rental for nothing I deeply regret trying to support Joe and J's Golf Carts and Equipment!

After purchasing a new cart from Lake Erie Golf Cars in 2021 the ECU went bad the next year. Being…read morejust out of warranty they said I'd need to pay $250 just to diagnose it. I found a reputable mechanic to replace it. Then the ECU blew again and I called Lake Erie. They said to call back in 3 weeks to see if there was any openings to service the cart. I called back 3 weeks later and left a voicemail with no response. I understand that junk carts were built more often post covid, but the post sale service is absolutely terrible at this dealership! After they get your $8,000 it's your problem
