I went in for a putter fitting as well as a new grip. Alex helped me find the right grip, find the right length for my putter as well as accommodate me while I looked for new golf shoes. He was the most helpful retail worker I have ever met. He also gave me putting tips that have changed the way that I see the game. If I had to give this store, and Alex a rating out of 10 it would be a 20 out of 10. I will definitely be coming back to the store. Heck I would even drive 2 1/2 hours just to come to the store.

Then another guy working with Craig grabs my putter without knowing if it needs weight and where it might need them grabs a super stroke 75g weight I did have a super stroke grip. This guy gorilla screws it into my grip I said hey did you even weight the putter yet? The guys says oh yeah we gotta do that first right. Neither one could get the weight out it was in there so tight so they cut the grip off! Craig went to pick out another of the same I had already had one in my hand for him but Craig insisted on using the one he grabbed. Kinda funny cause it turned out it was a FAKE Super Stroke grip! the 3.0 xl are exactly 13.75 in length this one was much shorter. I'll never go back there very poor customer service it was even a slow day no one in the store.

I wore them walking when I got home and I had the wrong socks on. They were uncomfortable. Today I had my Feetures socks on and did the 5K and it was better. With 20% off and being marked down, they still were $95.00. Oh well, YOLO.

I browsed the men's section first since the shoes are pretty much the same, I couldn't find them at first so I went across the store over to the women's and couldn't find converse in women's either. I did notice the women's shoes wasn't as busy as the men's. I browsed around a bit (no one greeted me or anything in men's or women's). I did finally find them under a table display and they only had platforms for women's so I went back over to men's to take another look. I did find them and waited for a salesman to assist me. A man walked up (after me) and the shoe he wanted was next to stock room so he was helped right away. I waited and asked for help.. I was told by a rep that he had to go check on some other customers, I kept waiting and being ignored to the point I witnessed reps asking people still looking around if they needed help and finally someone came up to help me, I asked for a 7 (as I'm a 8 1/2, 9 in women's), he came back and told me the smallest size they have is an 8 which is too big. He asked who I was shopping for, I said myself and he asked me what size I wear and I said about a 9 in women's and he said "well this is men's" as if I was blind. Just didn't like the vibes all around.

Lululemon in general is a great store with amazing quality and their exchange and return policy is bar none. Typically, employees here are proud to work there and it shows! That speaks volumes on its own. Definitely will be back to this location as it is nice to be able to take your time without being pressured and also the inventory is by far better than at the Mall of America. Keep in mind.. Lululemon is pricey, but you truly get what you pay for.

They are EXTREMELY patient and will bend over backwards to work with you to get the right equipment and get it to fit. Their prices are competitive with other stores and the internet plus the added bonus of truly amazing service. Another huge benefit of going there is that if you buy skates there you get free sharpening for life. At the typical $5 a sharpening that is quite a benefit. And they do a really good job a sharpening skates. Excellent repair work too on equipment.
