Let me tell you about my coach Jerry. Jerry has by far been the most patient, knowledgeable, detail oriented, professional coach I've ever had. He goes above and beyond what I expect a coach to do and doesn't force you to become something you can't be. I've had times where work interfered with my schedule and he's adjusted his schedule to fit mine. The facility itself is well taken care of. The bays are clean, the faculty is amazing and friendly, there's fresh cold water onsite for you to use, the bathroom is clean and they even make sure that the bays stay working 100% during your practice sessions! Avis took the time to get to know my swing where I am looking to improve. Avis took my swing back to the basics and identified habits I have in my swing that needed correction. My swing has really improved since seeing Avis. Everytime I start to deviate from the proper swing and going back to my bad habits, I just come back to my swing doctor and she consistently delivers. I look forward to continue working with Avis to get my handicap down.

This was my second time being rung up by her. When I visited on Thursday, she informed me that I would receive $10 off after spending $50. Today I returned and made a purchase of around $100, so I mentioned what she had told me previously. Instead of explaining the situation professionally, she laughed at me and said, "You must be hallucinating." I was honestly shocked. That response was completely disrespectful and inappropriate to say to a customer. If there was confusion or if the promotion only applied to that specific day, she could have simply explained that there was no reason to mock or insult me. A manager was eventually called and clarified that the promotion was only valid for that particular day. That explanation was fine, but Desiree could have handled this professionally from the start instead of making assumptions and speaking to me in such a rude manner. I spend a significant amount of money at this location and do not expect to be treated this way by someone who is supposed to represent the company. This experience was disappointing and unacceptable, and I hope management addresses this behavior moving forward.

My son has his first football season coming up and we were recommended to visit Play It Again…read moreSports. Jacob came around to meet us at the door and welcomed us to the store and offered to help us. It was really nice! He listened and answered all my questions, and showed me what to look out for when my son tried on the helmet and pads. He made the visit fun for my son, referring to Minecraft and offering shoulder pads that had "real gold" on it and said it was $1mil. Lol. My son got a kick out of that. Jacob got us squared away with padded pants and a practice jersey. They didn't have my son's correct helmet size and color in stock, so Jacob made sure to take my number down so they can call me when it comes in. Which brings me to the next awesome associate who helped us-- Cooper! Cooper called me and recommended I come down to have him try on the helmet since they just got a shipment in, and it was still a small quantity. Cooper helped Noah get the helmet on, and made sure we had the correct cheek pads. Both young men were very helpful and kind, and my son thought they were the "coolest bros" ever. Thanks!
