The dental team, Dr. Taylor and a PA, did their best to get my problem resolved, spent quite a bit of time with me setting up my status for a new, registered patient (Full X-rays and history). Their concern for my comfort was exceptional and unexpected - this practice is NOT like most dental practices that I've been to. I also noted that the entire staff, reception, billing, scheduling, assistant and the DMD herself were all smiling and, it seemed, happy to be working there and so welcoming to a new face. I'm sold. In all of my visits, I've never seen trash, dirt, or anything else out of place. It also has a good amount of natural light, which helps me feel more relaxed. Dr. Taylor and her hygienists are open with their processes and explain the steps they're taking well. I've had a cavity filled there and an old filling removed and replaced, and both procedures were so simple and painless. (Routine cleanings are easy and go as they should.)
