Our shower glass door broke suddenly after we had for more than 10 years. We did our shower glass door with the previous company that was supposedly to be famous company in the Bay. This is the first time for us having to experience the shower glass door broke by itself, without any signs whatsoever. Thank God we were not in the shower area when it happened. But the sound and the clean up procedure were quite painful for us. We decided to get price quote from left and right, including from the previous company that made our first shower glass door. Some prices were ridiculously high, and some were just right in the middle. We decided to go with Gomez because of these reasons; 1. They respond quick, courteous, giving the right information, but at the same time didn't even being pushy at all. This is important as customers, pushy sales pitch is so way outdated. Using the terms, "we had to order it now otherwise the price is going up" or "yours is quite difficult to order so it will require more time" . As customers, we don't want to be in the position being pushed or directed for sales intention. Malvin (the sales person who helped us), never push in anyway, giving us time to think and compare prices. They give facts and right information for us to decide. 2. Their WORDS is true to their PROMISE! We came to them on Oct 18th - the day after our shower door broke. Oct 27th - We decided to go with them. Not only their price is the best, also they are very quick to respond. They told me since the beginning, that ordering would take 7-12 days, and once they receive the glass, they will inspect the glass and try to schedule with our time. Years ago, I had bought a used-but-perfectly-good frameless door & glass panel from Habitat for Humanity's ReStore that I thought I'd be able to use in the bathroom, but the shower opening ended up narrowing by an inch in the renovation due to out-of-plumb walls. So I went to Yelp & sent out a request for bid to five local glass companies, explaining that I needed a smaller static tempered glass panel made to go with my previously-bought door, and also for technicians to install both pieces in my shower. Gomez All glass did a glass shower door install for me. They did a very good job, they were courteous, responsive, professional, good quality in their work. I give them a 4.5 rating not 4.0 and I would recommend them. Only thing seems that they very nervous about collecting money and did not allow me to test for water leak after install for a few days before paying the 2nd installment.
