Due to Covid, my home renovation was delayed by 6 months. Lots of contractors and vendors were booked and delivery times were causing more delays. Found SBG through a Google search and they were 1 out of 3 vendors I received quotes for my newly renovated bathroom. They turned out to be cheaper then the other two competitors, but not by much. Their response time was absolutely faster and appointment time to come out to my home to take measurements were within 24 hours of request. Couldn't get any better than that! Since my Master Bath had a concave floor, the initial fitting didn't work out and was uneven. They quickly reordered a replacement, of course with no charge as it was due to vendor error. My hallway bath had a delay by the vendor and it took them longer than the 7-10 day turnaround. SBG was aware and were kind enough to offer a $100 discount. Any savings is great after you spent a ton on whole house renovation. Tony is the main guy I believe and he's been super nice and courteous and responses quickly and was able to accommodante my needs and listened to my feedback. Eddie was the guy who installed my shower door for both bathrooms and he is a gentle giant and super duper nice! Called and was then in touch with Joseph. They came and setup the glasses on time. Next day when we tried the first shower, the water was leaking outside. I called in immediately and reported the issue. The same guy who fixed the glass came in 2 days and said they need to patch with some plastic to close the gap. I was bit disappointed as the wrk wasn't perfect. I was told in 2 days the plastic should arrive and we can fix the glasses. I waited for more than 1.5 weeks and followed up with Joseph. He then finally sent someone the following Friday and this guy was experienced, courteous and knew what he was doing. He fixed the gaps and even found the issues that glasses were rubbing off each other and soon will scratch each other. He fixed the problem with one shower room and took the glass from another shower to shave it, as glasses were almost touching each other at edge. Waited for another 2-3 days and the same guy came and fixed the glass. So my experience is mixed. Seems like they are sincere guys but not perfect. I understand the challenges are with old homes where walls are not aligned so that's where we rely on your expertise when we call you for first time measurement and consultation. For that reason, I'm giving them 3 as they have room to improve. read more

Horrible customer service!! I ordered an entire glass shower in the show room, which initially they said would cost 1200.00. The male that showed up at my residence to measure the shower totally ignore me and was extremely rude- continued to talk to someone on the phone when I answered the door for the appointment. Treated me very poorly and was completely misogynistic!! Ignoring me when I spoke and talking down to me. Very unprofessional in his demeanor. The only reason I did not kick him out of my house was because I needed to get my shower done ASAP. After measuring the entire shower, he left and did not check out with me. Weeks later I called for an update on my shower door enclosure. No one answered, so I left a message. Upon receiving a call back, the male told me "We will be there today at 2!" In again, a disrespectful and demeaning tone. I told the man not to speak to me that way and to (duhhh) maybe ask to schedule an appointment with me (as a normal, professional business would have done). Again, my fault for trying to use a company with rude and sexist employees. The installer showed up at my residence while I was at home and "installed" a glass door- not an inclosure as I ordered in the show room with an employee. My contractor sent me a photo of a single door, not at all what I ordered in the showroom. Over all, use them at your own risk and go with your gut when people are rude and talk down to you. We were given a quote after the shower was built and was told it would take 10-14 days for the glass to be ready. I was referred to a few shower glass companies for a remodel project I had going on in my master after a water leak from the neighbor above. The old glass was from the 70's and it was time for an update.
