I went in knowing I needed an oil change, possibly get one new tire, possibly new brake pads, and…read moreeither new shocks or spark plugs. I left with an oil change, 4 new tires, new spark plugs, and air filters. I've held out on an oil change because I was too lazy to drive to one of those drive thru oil changing places. Honestly, the 4 new tires are justified. I saw how bald it was before I took them in. I just didn't know it was so bad that the wires were showing! Also, there was a nail in one of them. That's the only reason I justified in taking my car in. Lol. The spark plugs haven't been changed since I bought the car in 2021 at 60k miles. It's getting replaced for the first time at 103k miles. With my allergies, I always get new air filters whenever I go into a mechanic shop. So, that's standard. And turns out, I didn't need new brake pads! I don't remember the reasoning but it was valid. My car has never ran sooooooo smooth. I'm so glad I finally found a good mechanic nearby! And the cost! I was honestly surprised with my total. I thought it would be more. With how close by the shop is, I really have no excuse to not be on top of my car maintenance now. And I'm definitely going back for all my maintenance needs.

Completely rude and unprofessional. Our car is stuck in a…read morespot that won't allow a tow truck and it won't start so our only choice is a mobile mechanic. After a few days of back n forth and being ignored a few times because apparently he thought I just wanted a diagnostic done so he "didn't want to waste my money" we finally set up a day and time. I put the misunderstanding to the side cause I thought maybe I said it in a confusing way(even thought he could've just asked what I meant if he was confused) Set an appt over the phone on Monday for Wednesday at 8am(his choice). I arranged my schedule for that day/time. He tried to call early on Tuesday to come but I already had plans set so I asked if we could stick to the original appt. Morning of he said he was running late due to the wrong part so I waited around just for him to not show up. First call was ignored so I waited a bit then his phone was off when trying to call him again. Also... He said we had to pay for the part in advance even though we weren't sure that was the problem but because I thought it most likely was that issue I decided it was fine and if we found out it was something else he said he would just apply a credit. He never sent a payment link so I guess he never really planned to show up. I'm just glad I didn't pay and now fighting for my money back. If he didn't want to do the job then he could've just told me!

I ordered my parts and came the next Monday morning. I was greeted...information taken and right away my car was taken back. He had the axle changed in 40 minutes...and over 1000.00 less than Honda. He then did my brakes which took maybe 30 minutes. Only 180.00 for both. I was so happy..I brought my brother to get hus brakes done too. I found Ed to be honest and he absolutely did everything he promised. He even went as far as telling KY brother things he did jit need done right now instead of just doing it. I am very impressed with Ed. I would highly recommend him.
