I'm torn. Dry rot on white boy caused me to need 4 new tires. With the size and rating I was striking out finding someone to get me in that didn't have to order them. I called and talked to Ronnie. He was the one that alerted me to the ratings and asked what I had. V, he said he had it. I get there, it's almost closing so I appreciate that he took me. $550 out the door, for balance and everything. Fine. While there he tells me I need brakes and am at the point where if I don't do it soon I'll need rotors. It's late, I'm tired, I hear you, thanks. In and out in like under 30 mins. The torn part comes in I had another shop I've been dealing with here, WB went in next day for a diagnostic and brakes WERE NOT on the list. To that end when they saw him last year they said I did need them. Thankfully they took pics which I still had and sent to my normal mechanic for my everyday car who's become like family and I trust. Send him the pics and he's like you don't need brakes. I thought I heard them squeak once but never again. I'm not a big braker and come to find out, my dad had already purchased a brand new set of pads that were in the back. Next issue is when I did look at my new tires rating, H! Not what I was told. I called and asked for Ronnie but he was on an errand. Things like this are why women have issues w mechanics. I don't like being told to buy things I don't need and I don't like bait and switch on what someone tells me. Grateful for the mechanic friends I do have that told me that for this vehicle, H was ok - but this wasn't what I was told on the phone and I'm never a fan of that. I get free service on the tires here so good or bad, I'll be back, but I won't be doing any additional services.

The service was fast and reliable. I got all my tires from this shop. The prices are reasonable. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Have driven past this place many many times, and was in need of an alignment. The shop I usually go to does not work on the weekends so I called express tires and they told me that they have availability and can service my Tacoma for $80. It's a fair price and they got it done in about 30 minutes or less, clean waiting area and friendly staff definitely recommended.

My experience at this shop was unacceptable. The customer service was rude and dismissive, they returned my vehicle with dirt all over the interior even though it had just been professionally detailed, and my emergency brake warning light came on after they worked on my vehicle and has remained on ever since. I have pictures documenting both the dirty interior and the warning light after the service. Instead of trying to resolve these issues, they brushed off my concerns. ‼Sales tires with bubbles in it‼‼Came here last Saturday talked to the manager for a kool min told them I needed 4 tires, I was going to Sonoma the next day for the nascar races. Soo dn a long drive almost 2 hours. On my way to get my wife (after getting the tires done) I called them that and told them my car was wobbly af which never happens I drive a premium Cadillac ... they said "it was fine and bring it back after the race & I would be safe , could be just the alignment" . They're straight trash ass bums. All u hadda do was check the tire perro & screw in 4/5 bolts. I went up there and they acted like that sh** was just okay. That tire could have popped on my way to Sonoma or on the way home & me and my wife die. God is good. I bet you & your shop wouldn't think it was funny then. Take your car somewhere else it might be a lil more but IT WILL BE DONE RIGHT AND YOU WILL BE SAFE‼‼. GO TO KING TIRES on watt INSTEAD ‼ . I read reviews on nail removal and decided I'd give them a try. I drove up on late Sunday afternoon with my children in the car, it was very busy when we arrived. Also, one of the only tire shops open 7 days a week. A gentleman walked up to me immediately and asked what I needed. When I requested a nail removal he prompted me to park right up front of the shop. A staff member immediately came over to patch the nail and filled my tire with air. They showed me that it was a screw and it didn't pierce much of the tire. He charged $15 which I feel is more than fair considering it's a business and they still need to make profit in order to service tires. I would say the time was about 5 minutes from arrival to departing. I am impressed with urgency they showed me and were straight to the point. They didn't try to sell me something, just did what I asked and did it efficiently. read more

Went to get my brakes checked and that was all good. Until I was heading home and both tires were loose in my left side. Called them immediately and he was like come back, but I had to wait for a tow truck to come and assist me, I just wanted them to know check your tires when you take them off and put back on. That could have been a bad accident for me! Never had issues with them at all, but this kinda of change my perspective of going back Now!!!! read more

Terrible place. Had 4 new tires installed. Tire pressure was set to 40psi when my vehicle states it should be at 33psi. Then as I leave I noticed how hi they where. I bring down the tire pressure and that's where I noticed all my tire pressure monitors where randomly installed on each tire causing my dash to read the wrong tires at the wrong pressure. I proceed to tell the guy helping me that they need to be calibrated. He then tells me I need to drive to set them properly. I'm telling him that's not how it works they need to be calibrated to the right tire. I leave and come back then he has someone recalibrate them. Like I said they need to be calibrated. All that was fine but, As I'm inspecting my tires the next day I noticed they left a bunch of residue from the previous wheel weights and top of that they completely gouged out all 4 of my rims. I think they used some sharp object to take off the previous wheel weights causing huge scratches all on the inside of my rim. I also told them I wanted to save my old tires in case I get a an unrepairable flat in the future. They said the other ones where too worn out and gave me one. I did t ask you if they were worn out I asked you to save my tires. I would stay far and clear from this place if you have a newer vehicle. If you have some junk of a car go ahead it's cheap. But definitely don't take a new or high end car there they completely butchered my service. I'm extremely upset right now. read more

Kevin and the other guy I'm so sorry I forgot his name maybe Dedar did a fabulous job fixing my son's two flat tires on his Jeep. They were so friendly and so helpful and because my son had bought the tires at that shop not so long ago, they did the patching it for free! They're open till 7 o'clock even on Saturday and I would highly recommend using Express Tires! read more

MONEY HUNGRY SHOP - I don't even know where to start. They tried to sell my wife cv axels which the car didn't need and refused the alignment and still made her pay a fee. As a retired mechanic this shop is just horrible. Taking advantage of women! read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. First we were quoted different prices to put our tires on by different employees. Not sure if the employees are pocketing money but 1 person told us 100 to put our tires on, another said 80 and another 70....the guy who put our tires on was very adamant that we needed a wheel alignment. We told him we would think about it. After getting our tires changed by this shop our car drives worse than it did before. I've never heard of getting new tires and your car being worse than before. Took our car to a different place to get a wheel alignment and the problem is still happening. Now we can't help but think that the employee purposely did something to our car/tires so that it would drive faulty. If the business does not attempt to make this right I will contact The California Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA), The Better Business Bureau, and the bureau of automotive repair. read more

I knew I had a slow leak in one of my back tires and was waiting until Monday so I could bring it in somewhere, and then on Sunday I hit a curb really hard and created a bulge in my other back tire. I decided to try Express Tires because it said it was family owned and operated and had decent reviews. It was around lunchtime so I expected to be waiting a long time but it really was very fast. I got a new tire at a good price and they patched the leaking one for only $25. Would recommend. read more

Got me in and out for an alignment today after a phone call. Car feels good! Another red shop down on elverta (big corporation) turned me down today because my wheels were staggered. If you need an honest, knowledgeable, and fairly priced auto repair shop near Gold River or Rancho Cordova, I'd definitely recommend them. They've worked on my 2017 Ford Transit Connect, 2014 Mercedes GL63, and 2014 BMW X5. They replaced a driver-side CV axle, did oil changes, replaced brake pads and rotors, diagnosed and fixed an A/C and heater blower issue, repaired a trunk/liftgate problem, and also replaced a valve cover and gasket and battery. What stood out to me most was how knowledgeable, honest, and fair Samson and his team were throughout the process. The staff are friendly, the front desk is welcoming, and the customer service has been great. It's hard to find a shop that does quality work at reasonable prices, but 916 Auto Repair has done that for me. Definitely recommended.

My AC Drier was cracked and inoperable since last year. In this region of the Sacramento Valley and Placer County, 916 Auto quote beat 5 shops I contacted in the region and 1 shop even told me it's not worth it and I should get a new car. Bet if my car was a 69 Camaro, they'd do it. Why? Cause its a Classic Camaro. No matter the condition. Some shops don't want to work on Imports. But oh well. Their loss, not mine. I contacted 916 Auto and spoke to Samson to schedule an appointment and he said to come by that very same day. And so I drove from Roseville to Gold River that morning. Samson is honest & to the point. When he pulled my car in, he noticed a coolant leak. Now I didn't notice any leaks in my driveway, as it would seem the Coolant is evaporating or dissipating, but he notice it was getting on my Alternator, by the stains. It turns out, my OEM water pump (factory part since 2003 for this model year in 2004) finally gave out at 262K miles. Who'd ever think a Mazda/Ford part would last this long. This was an unexpected thought as I only had budgeted for the quote. So I called my CFO (Wife) and let her know of the issue. She said get it fixed and she'll adjust other expenses as she knows I need AC for the upcoming summer temps. So I authorized Samson to proceed with the entire job. Now I can't couldn't do any price comparison, but he did give me a discount which still fit in my overall budget. I spent my whole day in their lobby. They have updated their lobby to make it feel more comfortable and less Auto Shop feel. I notice the many people who drop by to have their car service are all happy and are returning customers. From a Dealership oil drain plug that was torqued too tight, to oil changes, brakes, and even a customer who was a bit upset where the Dealership sent the wrong part twice. The Dealership. I spoke to many of them and they all had the same answer when I ask. "What made you come here?" They replied, "Their price can't be beat!". In summary, my AC is now working as it should. I'm not sure what is happening, if they are skimming money from the owner, but I don't like working with shady companies that refused to give you a receipt for the money you paid them.

When I arrived, they quickly directed me to pull in to start the service. It seems like I had just sat down when they called me back out to show me the the underside of the van. They wanted to know where I'd done the prior oil changes since whoever did them had stripped the tread on the pan from tightening the bolt too tight. I could clearly see that what they were saying was true and the pan had no tread and had been leaking oil this whole time. There really would be no way to do the oil change without also changing the pan. I asked how much that replacement would cost, and told them to go ahead complete the repair along with the oil change. This is my mom's mini van that I was going to drive back down to LA, so definitely wanted to ensure I was safe. I was told it would take 2-3 hours, but was quickly out in about 1.5. They even provided a discount when I paid since the repair was unexpected and fast, which I really appreciate. They pointed out some other concerns, but did not force any repairs on me, which I am grateful for. Will definitely be coming back for any future oil changes and repairs.

There is also the restaurant 'Cricket' available to go eat. I just kept busy talking to the woman who worked there and another customer... and my phone. After an hour and a half, maybe 2 hours, my car was ready. They didn't see an issue with the ac. Although I don't feel like it gets as cold as a 2023 vehicle should get... my 2009 scion (RIP) would get so ice cold, I would have to turn it up. I think I would've felt better if they could've at least recharged the compressor. As for the plastic cover around my rear view mirror, it was fixed and the etching of the catalytic converter was done. They have AMAZING customer service skills and Paul, who was in charge of my vehicle, gave me his card in case I have any future questions. I was at the tail end of a 500 mile road trip and my tires were bald. My wife had found this on google and, needing immediate replacement, I called in and asked how quickly they could get me in, and how quickly they could get me out. The gentleman on the line informed me that four tires could about 10 minutes, so I confirmed that I would be right there. Upon arriving the representative that I had spoken to immediately recognized my vehicle as stated over the phone and approached me with the information I would need. He was extremely friendly and respectful, and let me know that he would check if they had my tires in stock. I drive a Camaro with two different tire sizes for the back and front, so you can imagine how pleased I was when he came back confirming that they had both sizes in stock. They immediately got to work on my car and worked with amazing speed and precision; with three people it took just under ten minutes to complete the job. I am extremely impressed and very happy with the service I received here, as well as how friendly and well priced they are. My only regret is that since I don't live very close to Express Tires that I'm not able to be a consistently returning customer, but I would highly, HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for anyone looking for professional and quick service. read more

I needed my old wheels to have used tires put back on them so that I could remove the pricey new wheels/tires that I had placed on my car a month before we decided to sell it. Sounds confusing? A little bit, but - after about a 90 second phone call with Ronnie he told me to come on in, no problem he will do his very best to fit me with some quality- yet inexpensive used tires to put on the car I was selling. I got into the shop and I had given him the wrong tire size, so the price that he was HOPING to give me couldn't happen - however, he still hooked me up with four matching tires, that sincerely looked brand new to me. And he felt bad that he couldn't get me a better deal - pardon me? It's been my experience that when the customer messes up on the order in any way they are the ones at fault and there is no feeling of accountability to the business. His entire staff was helpful, friendly - and fast. I wasn't there much longer than 20 minutes- it was the best experience I have EVER had purchasing tires. The customer service is second to none. This place has the best customer service fast friendly and every single employee was friendly and courteous. I called Les Schwab got a quote of $130 for just an alignment. I called this place and got it done for half the price plus two used tires and balance for 140 I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a balance, alignment, new tires, or brakes doesn't matter. I came in for a alignment because my vehicle was pulling to the left. The technician told me there was a problem with my alignment and showed me what the problem was. I have been to other places for alignment and they never showed me the problems on my vehicle and just charge me money but it keep going bad in few days . They changed my tie rods and did alignment and after that my car is driving like brand new it's been more then 1 month. And they also give me 3 months warranty for alignment. Turned out the tire had a manufacturers defect and the owner got in touch with the manufacturer for me and replaced the tire. All for free.
