Sometimes I am unsure when it comes to tire warranties but the tire warranty that came with my tires did exactly what they said it would do. It took care of my road hazard repair and it also covers rotation and balancing. I don't have an appointment but Jamal took care of me and provided EXCELLENT customer service. He even kept me informed while I was waiting and checked on me a few times. Other customers were also singing his praises back and forth which made me feel comfortable immediately. THEN after very recently being circle jerked around by Brandon and Jerry at the Michigan Road location, I decided to look for a second but HONEST opinion. I read some yelp reviews and decided to drive 20 miles to the TD Noblesville location. Folks, these people are game changers! Spent a great deal of time with Jamie and Bobby, who are FANTASTIC. Not only do they have an unbelievable wealth of knowledge, and the patience to break their explanations in "bite sized pieces" for someone like me, they found a great resolution. However; there were two issues after the work was completed that needed attention. Before I left the parking lot I noticed my tire pressure was about 4 lbs low & had not been checked after rotation. I asked about the tire pressure and two employees responded immediately. Then I ran another errand and heard a loud noise coming from the fan when I raised the blower level on both AC & heat. I called and they said to return for another look. The technicians found some pieces of leaves had fallen onto the fan when the cabin air filter was replaced This was exactly what I guessed it could be from googling the issue as I waited. Both issues were corrected in a timely manner. I appreciated the cooperative spirit and willingness to address these two concerns without hesitation. Thank you Belle Tire employees for respecting my concerns and responding appropriately.

My wife hit a pothole and destroyed two tires and bent two rims. I took the car to them and they honored the road hazard warranty. I don't have to tell most of you that a lot of businesses do their best to avoid honoring them. They did a great job with the repairs and they had it done in a little over 24 hours. I was thrilled! After that repair, I took my old truck in because the steering was too loose and the heater wasn't working properly. They were unable to fix the heater, but they fixed the front end very quickly. The repairs are done well, the prices have been very reasonable and they don't waste your time. I will be back.

They called me after the oil change to let me know that I needed to replace the part, I paid over $430 after that service, but my check engine light was still on so they had me bring the car back in. They gave me another estimate of over $400 for another issue. Paid the money, and my check engine light was still on. I took the car in for a third time, and they tried to tell me that there was another issue that was going to cost me over $350. So at this point, I have taken three days off of work to get my car serviced, I have dropped almost a grand in "work", and my check engine light is still on. When I told them I couldn't afford the latest fix, they still tried to charge me $90 when I picked up my car, don't know what it was for because they immediately said not to worry about it when questioned. I have spent over $10,000 at this shop, and this was the last dime they'll see from me. And my car's check engine light is still on, so disappointed.

I first took it to my local Ford dealership and asked them to check the car out and fix what needed fixing, the end result was very unsatisfactory leading to losing trust in their mechanics. I next took my Edge to a Christian Brothers auto shop in my area with the hopes of finding a trustworthy replacement for the Ford dealership. Strike Two!!! they tried to replace a part that Ford had already done . Bottom line , they tried to rip me off!!! I caught it and confronted their management. They won't get any more business from me. Moving forward to February 2026-My car started to experience front end suspension noises, AGAIN! (Ford fixed it-so I thought). I needed to find another shop that won't rip off the customer. Reputation is key! My search commenced and I found a local shop near me called "The Noble Mechanic" - (Reputation is key) I made an appointment and was assigned to service adviser Andrew. I told him my story and asked to have my car totally diagnosed and checked over again. I needed peace of mind on all previous work that was supposedly done that I was charged for. I stressed that I'm looking for a new shop to bring my family's business to. I received my car health report and was informed that the Ford dealership used NON-OEM third party parts when they repaired my front suspension. These were bad parts that didn't fit correctly and were failing. Adviser Andrew then provided options for me to consider and suggested the correct OEM equivalents over original OEM to save me $$$$. Overall, Their total car check and diagnosis is very detailed with pictures and the communication walkthrough is done with patience and clarity not rudeness and short answers. Although, I would like to see their labor rate charge of ($137.43 hr.) fully disclosed on invoices/bills (Had to ask Andrew for it) may be higher than other shops, but please consider this, you WANT a shop who employs highly trained and experienced mechanics who love cars and will NOT cut corners when repairing it. Reputation is key!!! Reviews count!! Thank you Andrew and your great team of mechanics for their work. The Noble Mechanic has earned our business going forward.

I had a 7:00 AM tire appointment at the Walmart Auto Care Center in Noblesville, Indiana. I arrived…read moreat approximately 6:56 AM and parked in the tire service lane. Another customer driving the same make, model, and color vehicle arrived shortly after me and parked in the lane next to mine. The service door was still locked when we arrived. Once it was opened, the other customer entered before I did. I waited patiently for my turn to check in. According to Walmart's appointment confirmation, appointments are held for 15 minutes, and I was concerned about losing my scheduled appointment while employees spent an extended amount of time checking in the other customer because they were unable to locate his tires. I was finally checked in at 7:14 AM. After taking a seat in the waiting area, I periodically checked on the status of my vehicle. I noticed that work on my vehicle did not begin until approximately 8:20 AM, after the other customer's vehicle had already been completed and checked out. I contacted customer service to ask why enough technicians had not been scheduled to accommodate multiple 7:00 AM appointments. If both of us had appointments, there should have been adequate staffing to service both customers in a timely manner. If the other customer did not have an appointment, then customers with scheduled appointments should have been prioritized. I ultimately did not leave until approximately 9:50 AM, nearly three hours after my scheduled appointment time. During my wait, I contacted customer service twice regarding the delays. When my vehicle was finally completed, the tires were covered in mounting lubricant and appeared unfinished. I returned inside to express my concerns, and staff informed me that the substance was simply tire lubricant and offered to wipe it off, which they did. I have included photos. My biggest concern is not the quality of the tires themselves but the lack of respect for customers' time. Based on my experience, I would recommend obtaining a tire quote from Walmart and then taking that quote to a competitor that offers price matching. I will not be returning for future tire service. If you do not mind waiting three to four hours for a tire installation despite having a scheduled appointment, Walmart may be a suitable option. If your time is valuable, I recommend considering other businesses that honor appointment times more effectively.
