Superb Customer Service and Best prices!!! All four tires to my 2015 Ford Explorer were slashed by an unknown person for an unknown reason (I'm a saint). I needed a service that can come to me... I used yelp and google find a service, I request quotes to replace 4 new or used 245/60/18 tires. I sent out and called 6 places for quotes and no one seemed to have that size on hand or a reasonable price. A few places suggested that I bring one tire in at a time to get them fixed lol. My car was sitting on the street and I had already gotten a ticket. Also, if the person that slashed my tires was watching, I did not want to give them the satisfaction of watching me struggle, a woman who is 5'2 120lbs pulling out tires from an SUV, one at a time to replace the tires. I came across Gomobile Tire and my prayers were answered! From the start I was given exceptional customer service. I was able to ask questions by email, text and phone. The price was by far the best compared to local businesses offering the same services. I was able to book an appointment and get them replaced the following day. Due to my schedule I had to cancel and push out out the service date, and they did not have any issues with me rescheduling! Joe Flores was the technician who fixed my tires and he was exceptional! Joe was professional and compassionate. Accommodating distancing rules, I just hung my keys on the outside of the door knob. Joe got to work and quickly got my wheels replaced! When he was done he simply hung the keys back to where he originally found them and gave me a call to let me know. My husband ordered new tires for my car and knowing my schedule he had the tires sent directly to Go Mobile. Then he set up an appt for their tech to come at my convenience to change out all 4 of my tires. Norris arrived on time and couldn't have been nicer. It's a pretty sweet set up- he's got his rig set up beautifully, happily working away and getting the job done in record time. I asked him about balance and shimmy- he said if there were any problems to contact Joe right away and Norris would be out to fix the problem... wherever I am- work or home. I am thrilled and grateful that I didn't have to sit around in a tire shop for 2 hours plus reading outdated magazines and smelling like rubber- and listening to all the lovely tire changing sounds while a too loud tv is on in the background. These guys were great from start to finish. They jumped right on getting back to me with a quote to install new wheels on my vehicle using existing tires and TPMS. This totally beats waiting at a garage for a tire change. Setting up the appointment was the most difficult for me, but everything else went super great. On Wed I ordered tires from the popular tire store on the web to be delivered to them. I called on Wed to confirm what I needed to do and they said text me your info and they will call to get me on the schedule when the tires arrive. Done. The tires arrived Thurs and it was crickets until I called and they said they will put a route together on Friday AM so expect Friday PM. Friday AM 11 AM I called them, and bang! they got to my place by noon and were gone in just over an hour for 4 tires. I don't go through tires that fast but they are at the top of my list when I replace these. read more

I purchased a brand new vehicle this past summer and the first thing I did was change out the factory tires. All of their equipment is state of the art, the same equipment you would find at a tire shop, if not better. A few days later, I was getting a strange hum from my tires and contacted Joe.
