I've never experienced a shop like this, and I feel like that's a good thing because how else can you know what you've been missing out on? My van's TPMS sensor light was on and I had taken it to another tire shop where all they did was check the air pressure and tell me if the light didn't go off it was probably my sensors. And then what? Super unhelpful. So I got on Yelp to search for another option and Gear Up Tires came up. I sent out a message to several shops and Iman was the first to respond and dealing with her was so easy. She was so helpful from the beginning, I just got a good feeling. I dropped it off today with Danny at the scheduled time and he was very open and clear about what he would be doing, how long it would take, etc. I left and shortly thereafter I got word from him letting me know what my van needed and sent pictures of the sensor readings. I was pleasantly surprised and helped me communicate everything with my husband along the way as well. Prices were clear cut and fair and he didn't do or push any unnecessary work. When I stopped in to pick my car up, he went over everything with me and showed me how he also polished my van's cloudy headlights as an added service! Highly recommend this place. Came upon this shop via Instagram. Yep, seriously. Made an appointment for an alignment a few weeks out, showed up to my appointment. Danny was expecting me and took in my truck right away. Communication along the way was excellent. Knocked out an alignment in very reasonable amount of time, he took the truck out for a test drive, then spent the time showing me the before/after specs, in addition to explaining the MEANING of the numbers. He did my lifted truck, but can also do lowered/modified vehicles as well no problem. Came away with a properly aligned truck, plus more knowledge and understanding than I came with. This place is a hidden gem! It's a small shop but that means you're getting lots of personable, detailed interactions about the health of your car. If I could give them a 10 stars I would. I was looking for a tire shop that could stretch tires for a reasonable price since I have aftermarket wheels that needed to fit. I drive a lowered car. Lots of places will not touch it due to this, so finding a place that will work on my alignment is pretty hard. I called in to see if they would work on my car and when they could if they would, and I was pleasantly surprised when I was told yes and the next morning. So I show up, and they take my car. I'm quoted about an hour and the cost would be $150 dollars for a four wheel alignment due to the mods on my car. About an hour later my car is ready and at that quoted price. Daniel took care of the car amazingly. The car drives straight with no odd noises. He had told that some of the parts that were installed were not quite right and that he fixed them at no additional charge. That's amazing customer service. I was more than happy to pay, but he said it was okay and to just pay the $150 for the alignment. He also does tires and other suspension work/installs. From this point on, I'm bringing him all of my suspension work. He is a stand up businessman, and true craftsman, and just all around nice person. His wife was handling the intake and appointments, and she too was very professional and kind. I can't wait till my next suspension mod so that I can take it to Gear Up Tires for a quality service.
