This review is based on customer service There's not a lot of turnover with the team members here. Which selfishly is amazing for me. They always are cheerful, giving smiles and super helpful given such a labor intensive job. One of the benefits of purchasing from AT is that you get free tire pressure checks. I come monthly if not l, every other month. And have a great experience every time. The wait can be a moment as the team members are multitasking. But normally the average wait is no more than 15 mins. They also tell you if your level of tread with the technology they used. Angel was my team member today and really appreciated his positive attitude, knowledge and speediness to support. Showed my tread report and made recommendation's. I stopped by America's Tire for a pressure check and Roberto spotted a screw embedded in the center of one tire. I couldn't stay to have it fixed Today, when doors opened at 8:00, Christopher checked out my tires (including the spare), and handed the car off to another technician while we went inside to do paperwork. Both Roberto and Christopher were very friendly and positive. I had just logged on to the wifi when the technician brought my car for pickup. Even though I hadn't bought tires for this car yet, they repaired the leak at no charge. Wow! What a nice surprise! And, I was back home by 8:16. Crazy efficient, fast service. Originally, I needed new tires and America's Tires was not only close to my home but had the best prices compared to Costco and other tire places. So I chose to go through them and I'm so glad I did. I got 4 new tires and I for some reason, always have the absolute worst luck with my tires for my whole life - not sure why. So I decided to buy the extra warranty on each tire and I'm so glad I did. Since getting the new tires, I've gotten 3-4 nails in them already 2 were not replaceable so they replaced my whole tire and 2 were able to be patched. Every single time I found a nail, they were able to get me in and out within an hour and their service is just amazing. They are all so friendly, so helpful, and so quick and good at what they do. I told them I was going out of town about 200 miles and needed my tire patched. They told me they didn't find anything and it didn't leak in the tub. After 5 air fills on my trip I'm at a different Americas tires getting taken care off. They found the nail instantly. This shop also installed my tires with a 7 and 9 up front and a 7 and 9 opposite sides in the rear. New shop said they will balance out my tires. It seems hard to miss a nail this big. It seems like they didn't have enough time to repair it and tried to shuffle the tries around on me. Go to a different store if you can. read more

I took my Tacoma in for new tires on 7/15/2026. I made the purchase and appointment online. That was very easy to do. I brought the truck in the same day. I have always been impressed at the service at America's Tire here in HB off of Springdale and Edinger. The staff was very informative and on top of everything. I waited maybe 20 minutes for them to install the tires. The staff was very engaging and friendly. The pricing IMO was solid. The great part about America's Tire is if I have a tire issue then I pull in line and they check the tire for me. I don't have to get out of my car. No questions and always friendly service. They gave me options and helped me understand the pros and cons. I ended up buying an extra wheel elsewhere but brought it back to them for the labor. Labor was affordable. These guys are always top notch! I've been an America's Tire customer for 20yrs and I'm always amazed by their honesty, service, and value. They fill your tires where low at no cost, give you a full and honest report on the tire tread, and if you need tires they have all the options and great price. I shop around for prices and no one beats their prices. To top it off, I just stopped by to get some air in my tires and check if one had a nail in it. They (Allen) confirmed the tire was going flat and were able to get me in immediately for replacements. I walked across the street to get food while I waited by the time I sat down to eat my food, Allen walked over to the restaurant and brought me the keys along with the full report of what they did. 0/5 Absolutely Terrible, take your car literally anywhere else. This place wasted days of my time and money. I'll try and keep it brief but seriously my mind was blown by the incompetence when literally your only job is to sell me wheels and tires and for some reason that's extremely difficult to do here... I need two wheels/tires and had called last Friday the number on the site. Gave all my information and was told to take it to the location on Springdale and if I got it there by 6 they could work on it. It was already late in the day so I said I'll bring it in Saturday. Fine. I have my tow truck come to get my car and call just to confirm. The line tells me they have no record of anything we talked about so I give them my information all over again and he tells me oh they actually don't have it at that location take it to the one on Warner. Okay talk to my tow truck and he takes it there. We get there and the line is crazy. I get up to the front and the guy tells me they have no record of anything I had discussed. So I give them all my information a THIRD time in 12 hours. The guy comes outside to look. I keep asking where we can put the car down so the tow truck driver can take off and dude can't give me an answer. I ask him if they can at least help me put the spare on because the front is literally just grinding on the pavement he says for sure and we go back inside. The guy puts my info and then tells me they actually don't have it in stock and he doesn't know why anyone on the phone told me that. He says he can call their distributor Monday to order them and they'll hopefully get it Friday. I say fine let's plan on that and I'll see if I can figure anything else out. I ask him again about helping get the spare on and he just hands me a socket... I'm like okay you have a wrench or? and he says "oh you don't have any power tools?" no, not on me dude... They finally tell me I can leave the car in one of the spots outside and I'm finally able to let the tow truck take off. Never help me with getting the spare on. At that point i'm over it and just want to get out of there. I Uber and spend the rest of the day trying to find somewhere else that has the right wheels for the car. I get a call from the store asking when i'm going to pick up my car and i'm like the guy I talked to said I could leave it there until it's ready... He says okay i'm going to pull it into a bay. I ask if he can put the spare from the trunk on so it's not grinding away more and he says no we won't work on cars older than 10 years old... I'm like dude I don't need you to service it just help get the spare on the guy I spoke to earlier said he'd help put it on and this dude literally is just repeating no no no we don't service these cars. I'm like F it man do what you're going to do I can't seem to reason with anyone. I talk to another shop that also does repairs and the dude is great and helpful and says if I can get the car there he'll see what he can do to get me going again asap. Deeply regret not bringing it to them in the first place. Again i'm having to get around with Ubers and bumming rides the rest of the weekend and into Monday I have to bum rides into work. While I'm at work I get a call from this location telling me that the ones he said he'd order he can't get anymore and tells me he could get different ones that are another $80 more than the ones I was originally quoted and sends me the specs/invoice. I send it over to the other shop and he tells me those aren't even the right tires... I call the location back and tell him they're not the right ones and he says uh i'm pretty sure they are with kind of an attitude and says ok fine i'll double check... he hits me back and says actually yeah those aren't the right ones. All of a sudden I'm getting texts that my car will be ready soon. So you're telling me YOU HAD THE CORRECT ONES THE WHOLE TIME AND WERE GOING TO SELL ME THE WRONG ONES FOR $180 MORE?! I bum a ride over there after work and wait in line to talk to the guys at the front. I tell them about how incompetent this entire thing has been and all they have is uh sorry about that... I go out to the lot to get my car and they literally just left the old rim on the ground in another space for another car to run over... I take my car to the other shop I had been talking to. The dude can't believe this place let me drive away with it because the ball joint was hanging by a thread. They couldn't even be bothered to put the right tire pressure in the tires they just installed... Like I said, this place has literally one job and they clearly are wildly incompetent. I'm not the type of person to go out of their way to write a negative review, but this experience kind of blew my mind at their complete inability to literally just sell me the wheels they had in stock and not drive away risking my and whomever else was on the road's safety. Terrible system and a complete waste of time. Avoid David and this unprofessional shop. ​I placed a pre-paid order and scheduled an appointment a week in advance for a set of tires. I waited a whole week and drove all the way to the shop for my 4 PM appointment, only to be told that the tire model was discontinued and they had no stock. To make matters worse, they didn't even have any alternative tires available in stock and told me I had to wait for another order. ​What makes me even more furious is the disgusting customer service from the staff named David. He was the one responsible for my order and knew exactly that I was coming in at 4 PM. Instead of facing me and explaining the situation, he cowardly hid and avoided me, forcing another employee to handle his mess and deliver the bad news. ​Why do they even accept pre-payments and schedule appointments if they don't verify their inventory? Zero communication, zero accountability. I ended up canceling the entire order and getting a refund. Total waste of my time and gas. Do not go to this location. read more

We came for a tire patch and got serviced by Mr. Hampton, great service with the tire patching and gave us recommendations for free services like tire rotation, as well with balance and also suggestions about the window wipers replacement when it comes to changed them. Dropped off my Tesla Model 3. Got 2 tires replaced and when I left, I got a tire sensor error. I asked them to take care of it but they told me to take it to Tesla... Also, I had actually brought in 2 of my tires to replace the bad ones. They told me both tires weren't usable. I asked them to put them back in my car. Highly recommended. There is some wait time even if you have an appointment because there might be a line. Their estimates on when the car will be ready are accurate. Pricing is comparable and sometimes they have good deals on sets of 4. Story time: One time a family member's car got a repairable flat, I took it to America's Tire in Fountain Valley back in 2016?, they plug+patched it. It ran fine until in 2024 I replaced the tires at America's Tire in Huntington Beach because the one in Fountain Valley permanently closed. When a razor blade embedded itself in the tire near the sidewall rendering my car's tire unfixable, the road hazard warranty made it so that I paid $50 or something instead of $190. I've taken my previous car to the HB location with no issues either. read more

Originally, I had appointment for Friday at 8 AM. My tires came in early so I switched it for 9 AM on Thursday. I showed up half an hour early and was surprised by how busy they were and I was pretty sure they weren't gonna be able to get me in and out. Angel, Sebastian, and Steven all assured me that they would get me in and get me out on time so I gave the OK and they went to work. I got purchased new rims and bigger tires for my truck and the guys in the back, Alan and Alejandro, were great about getting my kit done correctly and cleanly. They had everything under control. The work went really fast and it was fun to watch him doing the work from the window. The whole team is so impressive and so great and hats off to them. It's a quality shop filled with a you g dedicated crew. I was really happy with the service and timing. I was out of there and just over an hour and so impressed with the cleanliness of the shop, the number of customers that were coming and going, and what a great job they did for me in very fast. I recommend this team for all your tire needs. Oh and my tires were by far the least expensive to buy from Americas Tires installed. Less than eBay, Amazon and other online stores. Anywhere from $25 to $85 more per tire in price. So great to have great prices and great service. 10/10. I had a nail in my tire and just wanted a simple patch. I had an appointment and explained up front that while I knew my tire was getting worn, I just needed a quick fix to get a few more months out of it. I planned to come back for replacements later because I knew exactly what tire I wanted. When we went outside for the inspection, they refused to patch the tire, claiming it was "bald" with a tread depth of 2/32. That didn't make sense to me--none of the wear bars supported that, and I had measured the tires myself that morning at 4/32. Low? Yes. But not bald. It felt like they were playing games, and fine--I get that places have policies. But I told the rep I'd just handle it myself, and was met with a snide, "Well then I guess you don't drive your car much," in a condescending tone. Why? If it's just company policy to not repair at 4/32, say that. But don't gaslight me or talk down to me like I don't know what I'm talking about. I won't be using America's Tire anymore, which is a shame. I used to recommend them all the time. Not after this experience. Just do the job, or don't, but don't give me attitude and lie to me. read more

I got a flat tire, and brought it into this HBeach location. DAVID, greeted me outside with a handshake, and was genuinely a great person, very professional & helpful. The tire was under warranty, & He didn't hesitate at all, to set me up with a new free tire, and I purchased another tire as well, & wiper blades. I was very happy with this service at this location. I booked an appointment for 4:30 and arrived 10 min late. They still took me and said they would be able to get me out in 30-45min. I came in for a tire rotation, but once they looked at my tires, they suggested I get new ones. I thought my tires were looking old, so I had an idea that they would tell me to get new ones. They were very helpful in showing me different tires with different cost. I told them i would probably do it next time. They checked my tire pressure and said they needed more air. They also found a nail in my tire, which they were able to patch free of charge. They were in and out in about 30min. Now, where they went above and beyond was the service. I have hub caps on my tires, and when I got home, I was missing one. I live down the street from the tire place, and when I got home, I was missing one. I called the shop to see if it was there and the manager told me he would check the shop. Unfortunately they were unable to find it so he told me to take some pictures and they will get me some! He said that his guys probably didn't put them back on correctly. They are going above and beyond to get me right. Instead of saying "not my problem," they are helping me out! Thank you!!
