To all my fellow yelpians here's a fair warning about this shop from my experience, STAY AWAY from this shop. I brought my Dodge Ram truck in for them to install a simple straight forward kit. They quoted me $200 to install the front and $150 for the rear which is reasonable. Fast forward to the install, I get a call stating that the U bolts for the rear don't fit so they can't install the rear but they can move forward with the front so I said perfect knock it out and let me know when she's ready. I get a call an soon after stating it's done and so I asked to pay over the phone and to lock the keys in the truck and I'll pick it up later which they said was fine. Here's the point, the guy turns around and tries to charge me more for the front because they couldn't do the rear. I'm not one to play these games and I reminded him of the original pricing that was agreed. He then gets mad because I'm not willing to negotiate which I mean once a deal is agreed that's it, you don't change it at the end and to top it off they didn't connect the front shock on one side and left the other side loose. They also left other bolts loose which could've been a disaster if I hadn't gone back and double checked their work... Wouldn't do business with this place again and would advise people to go their with caution (Update: 6/22/23) The work was done in 2020 on a 96 Dodge Ram Diesel, wrote out this draft then and thought I hit submit but recently saw that it never posted. This review is long over due and doesn't take away from the fact that your employee/service writer handled the situation the way he did. Their is no confusion or mistake as I wrote this out a week after picking up my truck from your shop. If I can leave No Stars I would!! Anyone that thinks New Century is the place they are wrong. Do your research before taking yourself down to this shop that does FRAUD and puts Cheap parts. I came here in July. & August. to get my SUV looked at just for Front Brakes & Rotors. Thinking Cool, they cool they know what they're doing .... WRONG Left my truck over night picked it up next day as soon as I got in my SUV it was pulling bad to the left !! I let them know ASAP. Not looking thoroughly on my invoice. I seen that I got a double charge for an alignment job took it back a week later let them know I'm here to fix the alignment as well with noticing I got charged 2X. It's Not an HONEST MISTAKE ,let's make that clear. I was told to go back a third time to go fix the alignment. I was there for three hours watching the man take my truck down pull it up take it down pull it up, drive it just to make sure the alignment was ("correct") .... 2nd week driving my truck around I heard Snap Cackle, and Pop coming from the front of my vehicle. Every time I turn the steering wheel every time I yield at a red light it was bad where I thought my truck was gonna stop at this point. I refuse to take my truck back a 4th time I took it somewhere else and they told me that my alignment was either never done or they don't know what they're doing the parts that they put on my car are not the actual parts that they charge me for!! Be ware of this business! Never will I referral Any Family member or Friend here NEVER! Alfonso, Will respond and say he issued a refund but that doesn't matter, when a person gives you their trust with their vehicle and you shame them like that. The killer part the man that did my alignment named Matthew he No longer work there. I don't know much about cars, but I definitely know when the customer service is great and a business is really trying to help their clients out - New Century Tire is the one. I've moved up and down Southern California from Long Beach to the Inland Empire, and I would make the trip down to these guys any time I needed any repairs done for my little hoopty. I'd get a summary from the dealership, and my free car wash, then make my way over here to have my repairs done. Back in November of 2021, I had the pleasure of working with Louis for my brakes, rotors, and TPMS sensors on all four tires for just a little over $400. During the test drive, my hub cap fell off of one tire and Louis immediately made a call to have a vendor bring over three choices, and replaced all four caps for free! Just this past month (August 2022), I worked with Noel in diagnosing my car's radiator and thermostat issues and needed some work. Even the dealer missed this upon inspection a couple weeks back. Went ahead and changed my cracked serpentine belt, replaced my poopy radiator and thermostat, drained my transmission fluid, and rethreaded my engine oil pan plug for approximately $1300. They even patched up a tire for free which the dealer had quoted us for $1000 just for the patch and a new engine oil pan. All in all, this is my spot and these guys are heaven sent. Very honest, pleasant, and care about me and my car. Hoping that I won't have to come in for any work soon, but would never mind supporting them. read more

I came here and explained the situation with my car. They told me they'll need to do their own investigation. To me it made logical sense. So they started from the beginning and found out the lugs nuts were bolted down incorrectly, and the tires were balanced incorrectly. They fixed both issues and now my steering wheel doesn't vibrate.
