I came in on April 29, 2026 for a routine rear brake pad service. Over the phone, I was quoted around $175, but when I arrived--before any inspection--they told me it would be about $700 for a rear brake job on my 2013 BMW. That kind of price jump felt excessive and misleading. I chose not to move forward and ended up getting both my rear brakes and rotors done elsewhere for $320. I'd strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before committing here. Prices seem to run much higher than expected. I wanted to update this review. I don't think it's worth a one star however I was just not happy with the miscommunication. My family and I have been going to this good year for years! Every time they took a vehicle here they would always try and do extra services that were not asked for and didn't need to be done! Now that I have had my own vehicles I can say that they're work is very fast which is very convenient, but their quality of work has lead me to believe that they don't know how to fix certain problems which is totally fine is you tell me but they went ahead and tried to fix my clutch in my 2005 mazda 3, 5 speed, and shortly after I realized it was never adjusted correctly which ultimately made me have to go to another shop to get it fixed! I then decided maybe they just can't do clutch work so I went to get an oil change and was given the wrong oil which caused catastrophic damage to my engine! Another thing I would like to mention is how I requested a smoke test over 5 times for a evap leak and it was never done and I was charged for multiple diagnosis' and the problem was never solved. I also would like to add Johnny in specific is a very rude employee and always gave me attitude and treated me like I didn't know a thing about cars even though I have taken several mechanic classes in high school and college and he was doing this ever since I was just 16 years old! Every other employee was also very unprofessional by smoking cigarettes on their break in front of the establishment! Never go here if you want a honest price and honest quality because you'll just keep coming back for more and more! read more

However that didn't happen today, Johnny even told me my car was in great condition and had a lot of life left. That gave me so much comfort because it's a recently purchased used car. I called this place based off of a groupon I found and they told me they would honor the groupon price even if i came in. I made an appointment for the next day and brought my car in today. I got there and they told me it would take 45-1 hour to complete the wheel alignment. I prepared myself for the long wait. 15-20 minutes! that's how long it took for them to complete my alignment!!! i was so shocked! This place is amazing!! Today was my first visit, and definitely will not be the last! Johnny and Alex(?) worked on my car along with the owner George. they are all so great and extremely accommodating. I had called and asked if they had time for an oil change that same day, and they were able to get me in right away! I had also needed new front brake pads and they were able to do that for me in the same appointment! George showed me the comparison between new brake pads and the current brake pads i had, it was very nice to be involved in the process like that. George is a great owner and it's clear that he's passionate about what he's doing! He looks out for the younger crowd too and has amazing pricing. I came in for an air conditioning recharge as well as a battery install and oil change. There was a bit of a wait but I didn't mind considering they have a table outside you can sit in either the sun or the shade under the umbrella. There was this guy who came in and was super impatient and rude to the staff.. not cool but the man inside behind the counter, George handled it well. People tend to forget that a company/business has the ability to deny service to anyone they like. He still offered to assist the man but he decided not to and walked off with a business card instead.. I wanted to point out how George took the time to explain to me the service of how an air conditioning recharge works on my initial estimate call.. He was able to ensure me I wouldn't be ripped off. I even called in front of him to another shop for a quote on an oil change and he was way cheaper but was never offended by me doing that..and that I can appreciate. This place has a good amount of parking and they have quite a few guys working so they are able to handle the job in a timely manner. They will be honest with you about the time for your wait.. Once I arrived, I was told they wouldn't honor it cause "my car can't accept conventional oil" which is bullshit. He then points to a printed out paper he made that said they can "refuse" to do oil changes with oil they don't deem suitable. The ol' bait and switch trick! I have been coming here for years. It's hard to find a trustworthy place to get your car d worked on and yet they are just that, trustworthy. Also, they will work with you to help you understand what the problem is so every time you have to bring your car in, you do not feel lost. They also have better prices than most places which certainly helps because cars are not cheap yet they use good products, nothing cheap that is going to be causing you a problem ever again. Like I said I've been coming here for years. I've never had to bring the car in twice for the same problem unless of course a standard oil change. That's special.
