She is an incredible dentist; kind, thorough, and someone I have trusted with my care for many years. I would recommend her without hesitation. 5 stars for her! Unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing due to billing/insurance. Prior to my most recent visits, I would call to make an appointment and no one would answer, I finally left a voicemail and the call was returned days later. During my last visit for a cleaning, I scheduled a major procedure for the following weeks and specifically requested that a copy of the cost estimate be emailed to me. The email was never sent. I later received a text to confirm the upcoming appointment and replied asking for someone to call me. No one did. I then called the office myself and left a message. When my call was eventually returned, I again asked about the estimate and clearly requested that it be emailed to me. I still never received it, it was only verbally provided. After switching insurance plans, I discovered that Dr. Ocampo is no longer in-network with my current insurance, which explained the very high estimate I was quoted. I compared costs with in-network providers and found a significant difference. Had I not followed up on my own and requested the estimate, I could have unknowingly paid a large out-of-network cost. I called back to confirm and was extremely disappointed in the woman's response and tone. While I continue to have the utmost respect for Dr. Ocampo, the lack of communication and follow-through regarding billing and insurance information is concerning. I rely on transparency and this completely fell short of my experience.

I have been going here for a couple of years and came back in for a dental cleaning. Not py do they gove superb service, the staff are genuinely friendly and professional. My dental hygienist was precise and gentle. Dentist was also knowledgeable and open to questions and was able to recommend products and brushing style to take care of my teeth. They are pretty busy given the number of clients that they have but not once did I feel, that the service was rushed, dental hygienist meticulously took her time and she did a great job! Booking an appointment was easy and convenient. I did have to point out though that I tried to book an appointment through their yelp website and they said they may have probably missed it, but it was okay as I was able to give them a quick call and they arranged it all for me and was able to squeeze me in. The clinic is clean and neat, there is also ample parking. And not did I only left feeling clean and great but I was also able to bring home some goodies!

I was not told until I got there that I would be seeing Dr. Hadi Soltani. Dr. Soltani took exrays in addition to what was covered by my insurance. I was not informed of this before it was done. So the free yearly visit covered by insurance now cost me $50. Dr. Soltani recommended I have FOUR CROWNS removed and replaced. Also said I may need a root canal. Dr. Solatni and his hygienist told me I needed to visit every THREE MONTHS going forward. Concerned, I returned to my original dentist (now out of network) who confirmed I do not need any of this work done and that my hygiene is exceptional and do not need to be seen more than once a year, if that. Beware!!!!
