They always make polite conversation and I don't know if they keep notes or something but they seem to remember each person and the details about them! They accept Delta Dental. Everyone is really nice! They're so tactful even if you haven't had the best oral hygiene practices. I fell off the dentist schedule during Covid and only recently got back... They did not shame me. Multiple text reminders for appointments. They book your next visit at the end of each appointment. So they make it easy for you to stay on top of your visits. The hygienist appointments book out pretty far. I learned so much from them about oral hygiene! I never knew there was a prescription extra fluoride toothpaste available. Or the proper technique for cleaning. Or that carbonated beverages are acidic and cause tooth decay and more cavities. The experience is actually very comfortable for a dentist office! They offer sunglasses so you're blinded by the bright lights. They also offer blankets if you're feeling cold. They have screens playing YouTube videos of relaxing scenes like beaches.

They never left a voicemail; they just kept spamming my phone until I answered, thinking it was an emergency. The reason for the harassment? A balance of $3.20. What is most infuriating is that after the phone call, I had to be the one to request an email with a payment link, which they then sent. Why couldn't they have done that in the first place? Instead of a 30-second digital solution, they chose to disrupt my workday and ignore my boundaries. The receptionist was incredibly rude and showed zero situational awareness or respect for my time. To treat someone this way over literally less than five dollars is insulting. I have cancelled my upcoming appointment and will be taking my business elsewhere. As we were in the ER while they were attending to her injuries, physician told us to coordinate treatment with her broken teeth with her dentist. So, we called Dr. Ramirez's office and they were very kind to accommodate us and even waited for us despite being passed their office hours. She immediately provided temporary remedy and later restoring my daughter's teeth to their former glory. Her work and dedication was impressive and impeccable. Truly exemplary with what she does. Even my daughter's orthodontist was amazed with the restorative work she performed on her. I spoke with Dr.Ramirez after posting my previous review to let her know the staff at the front desk have called me to cancel my appointment (usually days before the appointment or straight up not calling and gaslighting people to think she did- I searched my call log. They never called.) on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. Doctor Ramirez let me know this is an ongoing issue with her front desk and that this would not continue to happen. After that, I found a new dentist who is genuinely amazing compared to this office so I no longer go to Dr. Ramirez's practice. I randomly got a call right now from Erica the girl at the front desk who was the one who has cancelled all of my other appointments CANCELLING MY APPOINTMENT. Luckily, I no longer go to this practice and I STRONGLY encourage looking elsewhere if you want to actually attend your appointments. Also just a heads up- I have really bad dental anxiety and saw that Dr.Ramirez was known for being kind and gentle which was true but, I can't deal with the front desk cancelling more appointments. Just know there are other practices out there that will 100% operate with integrity AND quality care.

He had no problem, taking my money for the advice, even though he refused to extract my teeth. I never returned and would advise everyone to avoid him at all costs.
