They always make polite conversation and I don't know if they keep notes or something but they seem to remember each person and the details about them! They accept Delta Dental. Multiple text reminders for appointments. They book your next visit at the end of each appointment. So they make it easy for you to stay on top of your visits. He had no problem, taking my money for the advice, even though he refused to extract my teeth. I never returned and would advise everyone to avoid him at all costs.
