Replaced my window while on vacation and was kind enough and patient to wait till I returned for payment.

After a small rock hit my windshield (thanks beltway 8) and slowly grew thanks to summer heat, and after about four months of procrastinating on getting it fixed, I researched many places before calling Rafael. Not only did he quote me the lowest price, $175 for Accord coupe compared to an average quote of $235 from about 5 other places, but he came straight to my house and replaced my glass in under an hour. He assured me that if there were any issues with the glass in the future to call him, and told me how to care for the glass over the next 24 hours (take the tape off the next day, and no car washing for 24 hours). Rafael was extremely friendly and the whole process was so simple and easy that I didn't even have to waste any time going to a dealer or autoshop. Highly recommend Rafael! I called Rafael and he came from Jersey Village to Katy to replace two windshields, the same day. The price for two windshields was the same as some of my friends have paid for one. Excellent job on my 2nd windshield replacement!!! Don't look further. Rafael's price was cheaper than many other places. He was on time for the appointment. He quickly responded to my questions and returned my call. He completed the job quickly, about 40 minutes. He did his job very well. It's the small things that make the difference. All stickers were removed and put back onto the new windshield. Not everyone does that. He cleaned up after himself. He even covered the seats before proceeding to replacing the windshield. WOW! Fast and Professional quality from Rafael. My car had a leaks around my backglass and water was getting into my trunk and I needed to get it resealed. He came to my place on time and had a friendly attitude. While he was working on my car, he made some small talk and informed me on the extent of the damage but it was nothing he couldn't fix. A rock was thrown through my sliding patio door from a weedwacker mishap and shattered the remaining (of 2) panes of my glass. Rafael was professional and quick to respond. I don't live in Houston, but on my 6 hour drive here my windshield got a crack that grew, and kept growing, to about 18 inches on the driver side. Apparently you could get a ticket for having a crack interfering with the drivers field of vision. I was just visiting for the weekend and he was very accommodating to my schedule. He came in the window I said I would be home, and he was done in less than 1 1/2 hours. He was so nice, accommodating, and professional.
