I think the problem is that I couldn't get past the lack of a restroom in the area. They had some portables, but they are making food and we are supposed to eat it. Where are they washing their hands? This area is also pretty cold so if you go, make sure that you have a coat, scarf and hat. I'll never make that mistake again. But because of the cold, I didn't want to eat outside so our food got a cold, but it was good. My husband liked the food he got, but gluten free options are super limited. They get a third star because of the bar! Now there was only one person working there and that's fine because he could go get a snack or something and come back to pour drinks, but again. The restroom issue. Where does he wash his hands, what if he has a cold and sneezes into them, and so on. That's where my mind went. The vendors are quite nice and were helpful and weren't mean when they answered my GF questions and I appreciate that. So, this is like the little engine that could. I can see that it is a gathering spot for people and they have music and speakers which is cool. So I saw and felt a community vibe and people really seemed to like going. If I lived in the area, I may try it a bit more, but in all honestly, Oakland Museum's Off the Grid event is everything I wish this was. I'm sure that they will get there, but don't want to hang out while they figure it out.

We were greeted by the owner and she told us that all of her syrups are house made. She had a few specials that we decided to try. I ordered the coconut date latte and my fiance ordered the orange blossom latte. Usually, I'm a bit skeptical about orange flavored drinks, but the drink was super pleasant and refreshing. The coconut date latte was also flavorful and had the perfect sweetness! The interior of the coffee bar is super cute and clean. We will definitely be stopping here after the gym more often!

There is always so much praise for the food from our staff after every event. They go above and beyond by bringing tables and decorating them based on the holiday of the month, which adds such a nice touch. I've used them for our company many times over the past 3-4 years, and every single time the customer service has been wonderful and the food is consistently delicious. The pricing is also very reasonable and not overly expensive, which makes them even better to work with. I truly cannot say enough great things about them. Herman, the owner, is amazing and always makes sure everything runs smoothly. We really appreciate the care and effort their team puts into every event!
