I was EXTREMELY impressed with Turf proposal from Thomas, who wrote my bid. I've had 3 other bids from other Turf companies which were far less comprehensive and the products just don't compare. I was impressed at the time Thomas took to review all the options for Turf, water drainage, gopher protection, pet protects, etc. He really knows here product and then he took a few minutes after the consult and prepared a bid right in front of me, didn't go to the car or office, call a manager, he gave me great options to fit my budget. the other companies made me wait 2-3 days. I can't believe how advance the products have become as well, the are so soft and really look and feel like fresh grass! we are also are looking at a putting green and I was amazed at the advances in turf and their approach to providing home use or pro.. I am extremely satisfied with DFW Turf Solutions! We started exploring turf installation over the holidays. DFW Turf was the only company that responded to my inquiry. Not only did Cisco our rep provide me with a prompt response, he had our project quoted after visiting our site in person in under one week. The bid we received was competitive and within our budget. I confirmed we were moving forward on a Friday, and our installation date was literally the following Monday! I had to be at the office during the installation, and Cisco face-timed me via phone to ensure they got every aspect of our turf correct. I am a perfectionist and had zero corrections when their crew was complete. They finished our project in one day and left me wondering why I had not called them sooner! We just had 2500sqft of Turf install by Chase at DFW Turf. Here is my review: After getting multiple bids from other vendors, we went with Chase from DFW Turf and we are glad we did. Their crews are absolute perfectionist. They worked from sun up to sundown everyday to stay on schedule (ahead of schedule actually). After watching them prep the dirt for several days watering & compacting; smoothing, raking, then doing it all over again. I knew I made the right choice. The other bidders were trying to sell me cheap Chinese turf. Chase sold me on US Made turf at a great price. They did an amazing job. It looks like real grass. No seams! Their crews are neat, friendly and cleaned everything when done. They did not just blow and go! They took their time and made sure everything was perfect. DFW Turf Solutions is amazing. I have a small area of grass in my patio home yard. The grass never got enough sun to do well at all, so most of the time I had weeds or mud. I decided to go with turf in the area, rather than trying to replant grass. I called DFW Turf and an agent came out the same day, showed me several samples to chose from. The next day a crew arrived to install it. They. were extremely nice people and cleared all the old grass and surrounding area, installed the turf and cleaned the area very well. And was very courteous and friendly to me although it was hard to hear because of my dog was barking so loud in the background I explained to her I'd like to get the material and do it myself. I was elated, when she said they do designs of what my backyard could look like. And can install it all too. My little Pomeranian poopesy will be so happy to do her business without burning her little paws and the fact I can just wash it away is a God send. We had an expert in Chase Melton come onsite and help us design and implement an incredible putting surface. We had a flower bed above the pool with trees and shrubs but after pulling out an ugly Bradford pear and the bushes it opened up our entire backyard. We have 3 holes with uphill, downhill, and all great distances to practice thanks to Chase's design. It looks amazing and our family of golfers are super excited. I wanted to get a putting green put in the back yard and worked through a few different approaches with Chase. He steered me away from doing some things that wouldn't work well in my yard and was patient with working through the layout and size that would work well in the space we had for it.
