The service and lack of professionalism in this pharmacy is parallel to none.automated texts stating something is ready for pickup only leads to being told they don't have anything ready. On multiple occasions refills took weeks for medication my daughter needed daily leading to running out and dispute multiple attempts still coming up empty handed. I'm a recent interaction I asked about refiling a prescription for my daughter the. Let stopped and the pharmacist picked up the intercom to tell me "we sendt it back because it sat here for 3 weeks" rolled her eyes and walked away. I went home only to confirm in those 3 weeks we had picked up 1 for myself and 3 for my daughter and upon bringing this to her attention with the physical proof it was missed on their part she again rolled her eyes and told me to "call it in again". Of course this i furiated me and I am going to do everything in my power to make sure that pharmacist learns some customer service skills. read more

I love this pharmacy!! Everyone that I have encountered since switching a few years ago is professional and polite. They put a clear emphasis on their customers and are extremely helpful. Absolutely horrible. They refused to fill my prescription for a skin rash and told me I had to take "this" from over the counter. They handed me a box for lice treatment! They quickly turned off the lights and left before I could explain they were wrong. They clearly care more about leaving early for the night than actually reading the doctors prescription or helping a customer. Absolutely avoid this place! read more

Good day Pharmacy will charge $15 finance charge to deliver $3 worth of calcium to my elderly mother in Assisted Living not only are there pills five times as much as Target, Walmart, Walgreens Safeway or King Soopers they will charge $18.99 for 30 days past-due payment on a $3 oyster shell calcium. This is a small town pharmacy located inside of Hays Market. The pharmacy has outgrown its current location. They are doing their best I am sure but the wait seems to get longer even if prescriptions are ready. Note that they are closed on Sundays. There could be better advertising inside store that pharmacy is there. read more

Worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. I have been tolerating their unethical business practices for far too long solely due to the fact that they are the only ones close to my home. However, I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. They fail to communicate if they are unable to fill a time-sensitive prescription resulting in a lapse of medication coverage. Completely unacceptable. On top of the pharmacist having the most unprofessional behavior I've ever witnessed, losing prescriptions, accusing me of not even turning them in, incredibly long wait times, HIPPA violations and not being able to fill the entire prescription more often than not resulting in them writing an "I owe you". Unbelievable disorganization. I'll be making the farther drive to fill my prescriptions going forward. They don't deserve even one star. read more
