For my first session before my Bachelorette weekend, Emily made me feel so comfortable and did an amazing job making sure everything was even. This tan settled in quick and I had no traces of uneven orange colors anywhere. The solution smelled good too! I left with an exfoliating glove so I could better prep for my next appt in 3 weeks. I visited Emily once more before a wedding and then finally with Jessica for my own wedding. Jessica was so sweet, she checked in on me the following day to make sure I was pleased with everything before I went to Denver to get married! People definitely noticed I looked tan (I did 8 hour and 2 6-hour treatments during my trio) but it looked natural and it was never overkill. Overall it went well but we had several questions at the very end and we were missing one crucial piece. I called the store, spoke to Natalie. She found the piece in the warehouse and offered to drop it to our house on her way home from work that day. She came in and answered our questions - she knew the product very well. I currently drive 30 minutes to get to her salon, so worth it! I've tried 3 salons in Fort Collins and have been let down/devastated each time. Not with Younique!! She's helped me with brunette hair, blonde hair, purple hair, black hair and red hair! And she's always done very well with any requests I have! She just helped fix a bad bleach job I had, now all my blonde is the same tone with beautiful lowlights. The hair trim was free with color (what a deal)! And the whole thing was $160, not too bad for a five hour hair dye and cut. And today, my hair is soft. Not dryed out like most bleach jobs end up. The salon is decorated very cute, has lots of parking, and is in a great area. It's very clean too. I don't have any negatives to say, I'm happy with my whole experience! She has other hair stylists and does spray tans/massage therapy/nails at the salon too. I'll be a return customer at this salon for sure!

We hired Re-Bath to install a new shower--a project that was by no means inexpensive. Upon…read morecompletion, we immediately noticed that the shower was not draining properly. Water consistently pools on the right side of the shower, and if not cleaned every few days, mold and residue begin to collect. We contacted Re-Bath about the issue, and they sent someone out to inspect the installation. The technician took photos and confirmed during testing that the water was indeed pooling--indicating the shower base was not properly leveled during installation. After that visit, we did not hear back. When we followed up, Re-Bath returned our call only to tell us the issue was our fault due to "unlevel flooring," even though they had torn out all the original flooring as part of the installation. They claimed there was nothing they could do to fix the problem. When we explained that was unacceptable, we were told the company President would be in touch. That call never came, and we've been left with no resolution or compensation for a faulty installation. We are extremely disappointed with Re-Bath. They have not taken accountability for their work and have made no effort to correct the issue. Based on our experience, we would strongly recommend avoiding this company. They do not stand behind their service and are not responsive when problems arise.
