Do not get the deep tissue massage! Waste of time and money! The massage form and technique was not professional at all, definitely did more harm than good. I did ask multiple times for the pressure to be less and the masseuse did not adjust and continued to not use her hands or fingers AT ALL and used her elbows and forearms to squeeze me like a tube of toothpaste. I thought her technique might improve with time and that is the only reason I didn't leave immediately. I did ask for a full body massage but only received an assault of the back until I multiple times had to ask the masseuse to go to my legs. I am left feeling incredibly sore and hurt more than I had come in. Masseuse was also incredibly unprofessional and commented on and poked my tattoos and giggled. As other reviews have mentioned the owner is also very unprofessional and rude about trying to get tips. Would not recommend! read more

What a nice surprise located right on CO blvd in strip mall. It's recent grand opening they are doing complementary 30min foot massages. Foot massage (reflexology) actually has some scientific studies that back up its healthful benefits or at least it will help with stress of daily life. Price start at around $30 where you get foot and your back massaged in about an hour in a community room. If you prefer typical full body oil massages, price start at $45 per hour in private rooms. Again the quality will depend on who the massage therapist is there that day. Appointment is not required but I always call ahead to let them know how many people in your party so you don't have to wait long for the next available therapist. Harassed me via text after massage for "not tipping enough". Called me LOUSY AND A BAD WOMAN. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The massage was ok, but shortly after I left I started receiving aggressive and harassing text messages from two different staff members on how much I tipped. My massage was cut short so I venmo'd and tipped 15% off a 45 min massage but they believed I was given a longer massage (which was not the case). I received very disturbing text messages from the staff all day on Mother's Day calling me a terrible woman, lousy person and told me never to come back. This business owner just tried to call me a liar. I have the receipts from my former visits and she does not address the largest issue which is they pressure you to tip up to 35% because they clearly don't pay their staff well and try to get the customers to do it for them. Trying to call me a liar just lost you 20 customers and their friends as well. The right thing to do is ask what you can do to fix this insulting practice before you go out of business. As a business owner myself I don't like writing bad reviews but this place needs an attitude adjustment. read more

I had high hopes based on reviews but was sorely disappointed. Scheduling was easy, the person who helped us on the phone was extremely polite and when I had to reschedule due to illness, was not only accommodating, but sent me wishes to get better. I would give her five stars alone for customer service. But, at the end of the day, we had an awful experience here. Both of our therapists sounded sick. One was in the back coughing, the other blowing his nose loudly in the back, and sniffling loudly while working on me. We thought for sure we were going to catch something. The massages were terrible, just bad pressure, bad technique, just...bad....and disappointingly, I could smell stinky feet through my massage therapist's shoes, which were at times right under my face. When we went to pay, they ended up charging us five dollars more per massage than what was listed on their price list. I tried to point out what we had signed up for, but the massage therapist either didn't understand, or didn't want to understand? I paid the higher amount and tipped appropriately and then left. This place is amazing. Amazing, amazing, amazing. I think that they opened quite recently as everything in the spa was pristine and clean and didn't have that musty smell that most Chinese foot massage places have. Our party of three went to get massages after a weekend of skiing/snowboarding and seriously coming here was the best decision we made the whole week. The masseuses were professional and did an amazing job, rubbing out the knots that had formed on our shoulders and legs and I wish we had done 90 minutes instead of 60 because it would have SO been worth the money. I came in for a 60 minute foot massage. The massage was very good. The massage was $40 and I tipped 20% or $10. When I got home I received a very nasty and threatening text saying that They gave me "the only woman" so $10 was not appropriate. And went on to threaten that I could never have another woman massage therapist. I was shocked. Of course I may have tipped more had I understood the expectation. I have been going to Good Day Spa for a while now and I love it. Jenny the owner and manager is all about customer service and making sure things go well and feel right. I have had 20+ massages at Good Day Spa, from 30 minute foot massages to 90 minute full body massages. I carry a lot of stress in my neck and shoulders and have found massage to be a great way of helping move the stress out of my body. I get a massage at least monthly, but most months more often than that. I was jumping around between a few different places for a while, but have found a home at Good Day Spa. Reasons I love Good Day Spa: 1) The people and customer service (Jenny, Anna) always ask what I need and respond. When one day the massage wasn't what I expected, I reached out to Jenny. She immediately made it right. 2) The massage. I've been to a lot of places and had everything from $20 to $400 massages around the country and world. The most important thing for me is that I leave with the stress pressure/knots having been addressed and feel great in the following days. At Good Day Spa this has happened all but one time (see above) and that was made right. 3) Cleanliness/vibe. I have been to a lot of places that don't pay attention to the details or that think that because they do the massage should be worth another $100. At Good Day Spa you get a great massage, for a reasonable price (why you should tip generously), in a clean environment. Finally, in a world of hate and eurocentrism, it's nice to go into a place of business in Denver where everyone doesn't speak English, where you know your dollar is really appreciated, and where you can support recent immigrants and local business at the same time. read more

This place is clean and easy to make an appointment at. The prices are fair, but you do get what you pay for. My friend and I both got combination massages in the community room. The massages themselves were fairly decent, and they do their best to keep the room quiet (though they did giggle through parts of our massage.) The reason for 3 stars is the strange interactions with the employees. I paid for our massages with card, tipped 20%, and was told "no" by the employees and directed towards a suggested tipping scale on the counter. I ended up tipping something like 40% out of embarrassment, thinking I had done my calculations wrong. Never have I been made to change a tip I had already recorded and signed on a card receipt. The second reason for 3 stars, is both my friend and I ended up bruised the next day. My foot is bruised all over, and my friend's back is bruised and sore from having been walked on (which we were not expecting.) Susan used good pressure and got the evil knots out of my upper back. She spent a good 45-50 minutes alone just on my back. I've never felt so guilty for giving a 20% tip. The foot massage at Good Day Spa is amazing and super affordable!! Even though the service is called a "foot massage" you get so much more - a foot soak, the foot massage, head massage, arms and legs massage and back massage for one full hour. They also offer shorter and longer sessions if you like. They accept walk-ins, but we called them about 3 hours ahead of time to be sure that we could get in when we wanted to. They also offer full body massages in a private room, but I love love love their foot massage. You stay fully clothed and sit on the most comfortable reclining chair in a community room. Amazing!! Came here with a group of 5 friends and it was fun to all be in the same room together (fully clothed, but that doesn't hinder the massage at all). All 5 of us were blown away with our masseuses: the perfect combo of very deep tissue and flowy feel-good. For anyone wondering, the 60 min "foot massage" includes a foot soak while they work your head, scalp, neck, arms, hands. Next they take your feet out of the water, work your feet and legs. Then they turn you over and work on your back, hips, shoulders. Lots of attention to detail and deep tissue amazingness.
