I traveled internationally for two weeks and needed a pet sitter to care for my cat. I decided on Hailee because the cost was reasonable. Throughout the duration of my vacation I was routinely told that my cat could not be found. It seemed like little to no effort was made to find or play with my cat, luckily my family was able to visit and play with my cat using minimal effort. She filled up food but did not fill up the water in the two weeks leading me to believe that she was unreliable, however she did show up everyday and was able to bring in packages. I will not be using her services again in the future, I do not feel that I can trust her with my pet.

When contacted about their insurance because of the fire (we don't have a few grand for unexpected…read moremedical expenses laying around) we were met with radio silence as to the insurer as well as a response that there's a waiver (they won't provide a copy of) so they don't need to address our concerns. Look we get that our dog could come back with kennel cough (even if they are vaxed) or some parasite because some other dog gave them something - not that the whole building burned down (which no one told us about! Had to find out via a neighbor who happened to see it on FB). When we politely asked for their insurance info again we were met with "we don't have to answer that and we are now sending anything else to spam and will throw away any letter you send us" I don't know about everyone else but that's not how I think you run a business especially after almost killing 70 dogs.

Lotus always had a good time. Now they moved to new location in Arnold which we also moved to St. Charles county and still have to drive him there. I am still willing to follow them everywhere and use their service as long as they still have loving and opening home for dogs. I can't rave enough about Laura and her family. This was the first time we were going to be away from our fur girl for any extended period of time and had a ton of reservations about what to do with Mabel during our trip. Alicia put all of our worries at ease right away. Prior to our vacation, she encouraged us to bring Mabel over for a tour of the facilities and my wife was shocked with how quickly Mabel warmed up to her. Throughout the entire trip, Alicia would text my wife with a pic or video of our girl and she literally looked like she was living her best dog life!! From swimming excursions to playing with other doggos, Mabel looked very happy and like she was enjoying herself immensely.
