Good Fellas Pizza just "rebranded." Their new name is "Punto Pizza." I went over to order a pizza and was surprised to see a different sign on the business. I walked in to order - and asked what happened to Good Fellas? They replied it's the same folks, same management, same menu (with some new additions). I asked if the other three Good Fellas locations were also rebranding? They replied no. I double checked and asked if the pizza had changed. They replied "same pizza!" I do not know how we have missed coming here before. For dine in , piping hot , well topped pizza. very pleasant counter people. gave me a real old school New York corner pizza joint vibe (which is a good thing). Crust had a great snap to it. the Indian style pizzas are quite interesting to boot. read more

We had a huge order for our pool opening party and they delivered on time, helped us set up, and provided extras of everything that we didn't even order! They were a true pleasure to work with. We had ordered the tandoori chicken pizza and the basil pesto pizza thin crust. The pizzas were good but not amazing. I was expecting the thin crust to be more crispy than chewy. Pizza was really good with a good flavor sauce. The crust wasn't as flavorful as Tony's but still pretty flavorful. I also ordered a Gyro pita. When you order they expect their tip. I tipped before I knew the service and food was below par. The Parmesan chicken sub was fried to a crisp, flavorless and inedible. It was a Nasty thing. It wasn't even chicken Parmesan! It was a frozen breaded chicken patty, cut in strips, covered in marinara and mozzarella cheese. Took 19 minutes to get it for lunch. My lunch break was over before they even delivered a mediocre second one. I had to take it to go. Very disappointed and had to return to work hungry. No one seemed to care. We ordered takeout to enjoy at home. The XL cheese pizza was perfect. Hot, tasty and plentiful. The order of 5 meatballs in sauce with mozzarella...not awesome. 5 small meatballs in about 1.5 cups of sauce and loaded with mozzarella cheese. 4 were very tasty but one was completely inedible. I struggled to pierce it with a fork! We cut it open out of curiosity but couldn't tell what was so hard. It was all about the same color. I am not at all happy with the $11 meatballs. This review is strictly for delivery. I haven't eaten Decided to try delivery today and loved it! The website ordering experience was a bit frustrating, at least on a tablet. The ingredients in each pizza scroll off the screen. It was only a small issue, but kept this from being a five star experience. It took about fifteen minutes longer than the website indicated, so don't worry if the time quoted passes and an extra five or ten minutes pass. The food is made to order, and was piping hot when it arrived. We ordered the Crazy Bread and a cheese pizza. The Crazy Bread comes with a side of pizza sauce. This is usually sub optimal, but Goodfellas' had a nice blend of spices and the silky finish of olive oil. Both the cheese bread and pizza were fantastic! The pizza has enough sauce as to be flavorful, without sloppy, the cheese went right to the edges and it was piping hot, the bread, which is on pizza crust, had a nice layer of cheese, and the crust was thin enough to make it ideal for an shareable appetizer. An extra nice customer service experience was having the manager or owner be the one to deliver the food. 4.5 stars! Will definitely be ordering from them again! read more

The wings were dry, fried mushrooms tasted like they were canned/breading was obviously deep fried but it held ALOT of oil and super salty, Philly cheesesteak pizza was dry/mediocre flavor, cheese pizza was okay and white pizza was nothing special. I won't go out of the way to go here again. Also didn't realize it was a chain, I thought it was a local shop. The value just isn't there. We hosted our school spirit night last night- we mobbed this place and they handled it like champs! Our school families ordered online for the most part and lined up steady for several hours. The employees delivered a great evening. I stood and watched pizzas roll out of the oven- each one perfection! The food is great! I had a salad- it was huge! lots of orders for wings, sandwiches and pasta! I ordered a large cheese and for the price I should just went to Costco. If you are going call yourself Goodfellas then you pie needs to taste like it just came out of New York, but most of the pizza shops in this area are the same. The slice is floppy, no crunch to the crust. The service was good, and shop is small. This might be the only time I get pizza from here. So, the quest still goes on for the New York pizza in the DMV.
