Horrible service , I paid extra for ordered a small pizza with extra toppings. When I got the pizza I saw it didn't have any of the extra toppings. I went in and politely asked if I could get the pizza redone since I just picked it up. Instead, the chef and somebody from the counter decided to yell and make faces at me, insisting that I was wrong despite me paying extra for the pizza. At that point, I decided to just walk away and not even ask for a refund. It really sucks. This location has horrible management! I order from this place often for their halal options, and have never had a problem with them until now. My family always orders THIN crust pizza, and we did today as well, but when we went to pick it up directly from the place, all four pizzas we PAID for were thick crust, or wrong. Of course since we paid for these pizzas we called back and asked if we could bring it in and exchange it or get a refund, but the son of the manager was extremely stubborn and rude. Another new pizza joint in the Gainesville area. I've never heard of Pizza N Pizza before - looks like a new local chain. They opened some time in the last week or so. It's located in the brand new retail complex named "Gainesville Square" just off of U.S. 29 South. I had a number of coupons for them - I ordered a large "specialty" pizza - pepperoni, sausage, black olives, onions, and bell peppers - with coupon $12.99 (normally $14.99). They also make sandwiches, subs, wraps, chicken wings, salads, pasta, and more. They deliver - and they do deliver to Haymarket. The guy could not find my neighborhood on any mapping program and had to call me back for directions. Pizza was delivered within 35 minutes of the time I ordered it. So my son has been ordering from here for a while. When we were out on errands he suggested we stop by and pick up some of their cheese steaks. As I write this, I am wishing I had another one. I thought it was a little strange to put lettuce and tomato on a cheesesteak, but it was perfect. They are so good! We got two 12 inch subs to share between three of us. We actually had leftovers. That night, I reheated one for 15 seconds and it tasted just as fresh and delicious as when we ordered it. I ordered mine without peppers, but when I ate my son's leftovers, they were a perfectly spicy, delicious addition and I will order them on mine next time! As an afterthought, we ordered a Greek pizza to try. It was delicious, but I was so enjoying my cheesesteak we saved most of it. Pizza Bolis is the real deal. Firstly, my daughter had a pool party this past summer and all the kids and adults loved the pizza. It's fresh and flavorful. The delivery was on time. Secondly, they are conscientious about food allergies. They were transparent about letting me know what ingredients they used. Ordered seafood pizza. The pizza was excellent. Hot, fresh, generous toppings, little kick from the Old Bay alfredo sauce, crispy hand tossed crust. Delicious. On the other hand, the chef salad was awful. Giant chunks of red onion instead of chopped, very little in the way of meat & cheese, and worst of all, the ham was spoiled. Yes, it was rancid and spoiled. I could smell it as soon as I opened the lid and it was so slimy I could barely pick it up. It was wrapped around the poultry and cheese, so the whole salad was ruined. I also expected there to be more of the other toppings and for the tomatoes to have the dry ends cut out, but there they were. Just a container full of iceberg lettuce and not much else. So I probably won't be getting any salads here in the future and if the meat is spoiled, I probably shouldn't be getting any pizzas here either. I order at Pizza n Pizza frequently, and tend to stick with the steak and cheese sub! they are very generous with the portion size unlike some other places in the area. I tried this place recently because my coworkers were ordering from here. I've gone back for the 3rd time in 2 weeks. The pizza is amazing. However, the steak n cheese is the bomb! The hot peppers are small red peppers, but sweet enough that it balances out the hot (bc I don't like hot). The fries are crispy. I'll continue to go back. Faced the following issues - receiving not what I ordered, delays, not following the order notes, and they don't care if you do have an allergy to that ingredient or not, and today as I was told: "their delivery guy took one of my orders with another customer's order". Instead of replacing it right after this incident, they were waiting for me to come and choose an "OPTIONS": to replace and WAIT ADDITIONAL 10 mins or they refund me for the "missing one" and don't care about you, your plans, and your TIME..... The order that was supposed to be ready in 15 mins ended up being about ONE HOUR!!!! I have continuous experience with other branches of Pizza Boli's and had no issues, and I'm shocked with this location by the service, and insolence that they provide. We got one of their flyers in the mail last week and decided to try this place for a change instead of the usual which is Paisono's. Had a few problems with the website (wouldn't let me put light onions on my husband's sandwich) and I should have taken that as a bad omen but I didn't. So the delivery came about the time promised and I opened the door and the first words out of the delivery man's mouth was "Um you only gave me a $3 tip." He then goes on to bring up his tablet with these tip options on it. I always give a $3 dollar tip and this is the first time I ever had anyone complain. So he just stood there with my food and then I said "Well I guess I'll go get another $2 then." He really wanted me to give him a 20% tip. I ran and got him the $2 and then got my food. Immediately this turned me off and that was before I had the food. We ordered a small bacon pizza, a medium sausage pizza and a philly steak cheese that was supposed to have provolone (I paid 1.25 for that and it wasn't on the sub), lettuce, light onions and mustard. My husband didn't know what that green stuff was but it was light and he said it didn't look like lettuce, there was no provolone cheese and very little mustard. He said it was terrible and we were not really thrilled with the pizza. He ordered that sandwich because of all the positive reviews on it. I'm sorry but I won't be ordering from here ever again. The last two orders have been horrible! We order at least once a week from them. The first was a large pizza that had been turned upside down, there was no way we could even eat it... Second order a week later that was a pepperoni and sausage pizza that was plain and 2 order of wings that had no sauce on them. Driver had to call the store when they got here since we had a question about the total, he clearly said "they are so stupid" when the driver had him on speaker phone.
