Call them to let them know and all I got was the number for a mechanic to fix it and pay ourselves. Pretty sure they sold us a bad car. My mechanic stated it was a pre existing issue and they sold it to us anyways. Sad! Needles to say IF you decide to buy a car from here have your mechanic inspect it inside and out before you drive off.

The mechanic only found one problem which Akmet's own mechanic immediately fixed. There was never any pressure throughout. In fact he did everything he could to make us comfortable with the purchase. Financing was tricky but Akmet was so patient with the process. This a good, caring man - a rarity in car dealerships. We are so happy with our purchase.

Two days later it was perfect! Unfortunately, the car got sold before we could seal the deal, but Gabe was so awesome, we knew he was our guy to purchase a vehicle from! Over the next few weeks, Gabe stayed with me and walked me through several loan steps (I don't do this often, so I had a lot of questions) but he constantly checked on us and made sure he was looking for the exact car we wanted...even on his days off and after hours! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! And BEHOLD! We just walked out with a 2011 black SL550 with 70k miles and in PERFECT condition!!! We signed the paperwork with Cory the general manager, and he was amazing as well. More than 30 days later, and $2650 spent in putting a motor in this hunk of junk, I can actually drive the truck again! Kevin and his wife claimed to have driven this truck for a whole week with no problems at all! I take it to the shop and they diagnose 17 different issues that could cause all the problems I had. Check engine light, shaking, idling very hard at stop lights! None of this happened during the test drive. The Wynn warranty that I purchased along with the vehicle did not initially agree to pay for any repairs. The pamphlet was printed upside down. Should have been a big red flag! Finally, after fighting with the repair shop, the warranty paid for something but I was still left paying almost $3000 for a motor! Please take a mechanic with you before purchasing anything from this auto lot! Do not trust!! The wife mentioned how stressed out I looked while signing the paperwork. No Wonder!! When you are done, you start getting communication from five different people to complete your process. Every single person tells you, you are done...and youre not. Every single new phone call comes with a new application process or paperwork that is not done. The last person finally told me I was ready to go.And they had an express appointment for me to pick up my car. When I was six minutes away, I get a phone call to complete the process... Needless to say I was very upset. I finally get there and have to fill out a lot of the paperwork I already filled out because, for some reason, it was not filled out. After all was said and done, despite the promise of an express process, they now had to go get the car and clean it because it was not ready to go. The car was great and I have not had issues with it and the price was good... But if only they could work on the service.
