When I come back, my friend who was going into work late to help me get to the dealership and I, are told my wife is required to be there as well. She wasn't on the purchase contract so according to the website she shouldn't need to be there. Guess it was mistaken. Turns out there was a phone call I was supposed to get before hand to make sure nothing is missing. No explanation as to why they forgot to call me I assume? Friend takes me and a hour+ later coming back with my wife. I don't have my ID because I left it in the computer scanner, because their AI on the website was having issues and I needed to scan the thing multiple times a few days back. Underwriter on the phone tells me it's only giving her the front even though I sent the front and back multiple times. I finally get the car later that day and there are scratches on it not listed on car page listing. Get told nothing can be down about small visual defects like that. They are faint scratches so annoying but I need a car for work. I was the car a few days later and on the driver door underneath what looked like some extra wax or something? There's a deeper scratch, no paint, nail catches on it on the driver door. Definitely wasn't on the site. Check the cars closely when you get them and call them if they "forget" to call you before you get there. Avoid yourself the aggravation. Everything else was good before that point. They didn't stick the landing unfortunately with my purchase.

If it had not been for Mr. Otiz it would not have happened. My first gentleman I spoke with was Mr. Jose Otero, the general manger of the sales department. Over the next several weeks he looked for the vehicle in the Houston regional office where initial factory distribution arrives. He found a car in another city and had Israel pick it up the day I came in and had it processed it and available the next day. During the process Israel Salvador, a senior salesman, helped finalize the purchase, and since he has been my go to man working with Mr. Otero. Also Israel has spent time explaining the operation of the new features of the car and installing a couple promised add ons. I want to reiterate how Jose much went out of his way to find my vehicle and then give me both a fair trade in for my 2020 Camry and a good price that was acceptable to me. If you want a car at Universal, seek out Israel and if necessary will work with Jose to make it happen. The final and usually most painful part of buying a car is finishing the sale in the back office. Jose de la Cruz completed the paperwork with ease. A true professional in his job.

Unfortunately, my experience with the service department has been a very different story. My first maintenance service was great--I was in and out within a reasonable amount of time, and everything seemed to go smoothly. Unfortunately, the second service was the complete opposite. What should have been a routine one-to-two-hour maintenance visit turned into a five-and-a-half-hour ordeal. What makes this particularly frustrating is that the extended service was apparently necessary because, during my first maintenance service, the drain plug and gasket were not replaced as required by the manufacturer. Between the two maintenance intervals, the plug and gasket deteriorated and melted onto the oil pan, eventually creating an opening that resulted in oil seepage. While I understand that additional time was needed to correct the problem, the fact that the issue originated from the previous service is extremely concerning. To me, this reflects a level of neglect and incompetence that should never occur during routine maintenance. The lack of communication only made matters worse. During the five-and-a-half-hour wait, I received virtually no updates from the service advisor. I eventually had to take it upon myself to follow up and find out what was happening, while the advisor was able to go to lunch during that time. As a customer who had already been waiting for several hours, I found that incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I finally received my vehicle and can only hope the problem was properly resolved and that there are no further issues. Unfortunately, shortly after leaving, I noticed that two lug nut covers were missing. At that point, my eye was definitely twitching. After everything that had already happened, discovering that something as simple as lug nut covers had been overlooked further eroded what little trust I had left in the service department. Ultimately, I would still give the vehicle purchase experience five stars. However, the service department is an entirely different story. The combination of what appears to be neglect and incompetence, poor communication, excessive wait times, and a lack of attention to detail has significantly damaged my confidence in their ability to properly care for my vehicle. I sincerely hope this was an isolated experience, but after this visit, I am left questioning whether I can trust them with my vehicle in the future.

I'll spare the individual's name we worked with, but to put it simply, he was full of it. He talked really fast. Continuously made it feel like he was doing us favors and like this was the opportunity of a lifetime. It wasn't. He has several salesman awards and it makes sense. It seems that his tactic is to make you feel like the demand is high so you'll feel pressured to buy and then you eventually do, thus making him an extraordinary salesman. It's so unfortunate in today's economy. If we didn't have good judgement, we'd probably be in this vehicle having paid $1k-$3k more than it's worth because we felt pressured. We inquired about the price over the phone and let's say he told us it was $35k then miraculously upon reviewing paperwork the price jumped to $36.9k. Nearly a $2k jump, and like nothing. Needless to say, we will not be back. If you go to this dealership, don't feel pressured to buy anything. Don't believe them when they say they have several interested buyers and do not make them rush you to make a decision. Stay away if possible. They employ many predatory sales tactics.

I've taken my car here for a couple of issues, one was major and pretty straight forward, the second was even more time consuming because it was much less straightforward. The crew here worked with me to source the parts I needed at a price I could afford and stuck with the problems until they were resolved. Service like this does not come cheap however the value of getting it done right the first time with a shop that will back their work after you've paid for it makes it at least reasonable. These guys are direct and perhaps more unfiltered than you may find at other shops. They are also funny and passionate about getting your car back on the road working right. I highly recommend them to you.

However, after my experience with Import Euroworks LLC in 2026, I feel compelled to share my experience so other BMW owners can make an informed decision. On June 4, 2026, my vehicle developed a serious issue. While parking, the cooling fan came on at full speed and I received a yellow temperature warning. I immediately stopped driving and contacted Paco. I was initially quoted approximately $1,300 for a water pump and several hoses. I also experienced what appeared to be an electrical issue. I heard what sounded like an electrical surge near the glovebox and hazard-warning area. Subsequently, my rear lights remained illuminated and my battery died. Paco identified several possible causes, including a ground strap, failed module, or relay. He advised me not to purchase additional parts and recommended towing the vehicle to his shop so he could install/register the battery and perform a computer diagnostic (Computer). I was later informed that the vehicle would not start and that work had already been performed under the hood. I was subsequently told that the engine had zero compression across all six cylinders. My valve cover was removed and additional work was performed before I fully understood the extent of the diagnostic process or engine disassembly. My vehicle remained at the shop for approximately a month. During that time, communication became increasingly difficult. Calls and texts frequently went unanswered, and I repeatedly had to contact the shop or physically visit the business for updates. I also found myself repeatedly explaining the history of my vehicle. Because I was not receiving clear answers, I conducted my own research regarding possible causes and appropriate diagnostic procedures. I repeatedly asked what testing had been performed and what conclusions could reasonably be supported by those tests. I did not receive the level of documentation or explanation I expected. I was eventually told that the engine had overheated so severely that it was effectively destroyed and that an engine replacement was necessary. I was quoted approximately $5,000 and asked for $2,000 down. On August 28, I went to the shop to inspect my vehicle. I was shocked to find the engine compartment substantially disassembled. The valve cover, spark plugs, ignition coils, intake manifold, cooling fan, intake air box, wiring harness, and other components had been removed. Some parts were in the passenger floorboard while others were in the trunk. The vehicle had also been sitting outside with the engine substantially exposed. I was subsequently told that a leak-down test indicated air was leaking between cylinders 1 and 2 and that no further testing was necessary. The recommended solution was essentially an engine replacement. Ultimately, the replacement engine did not happen. I was told it was no longer available and that the business had determined repairing my vehicle was not worth their time. I ultimately arranged for the vehicle to be towed elsewhere. Afterward, I discovered additional concerns, including a missing rubber grommet, missing intake-snorkel screws, missing screws for the cabin air-filter housing, damage to that housing, and a wiring harness that appeared to have been reinstalled incorrectly. I provided Paco with photographs documenting these concerns. I was told the missing items could be put back if I returned the vehicle, but I was not comfortable bringing it back. To be clear, I am not a mechanic, and I am not claiming to know exactly what caused the mechanical failure or whether any particular person caused the damage. I can only speak to what I personally experienced, what I was told, and what I personally observed. I have photographs and documentation supporting my concerns. Paco, I genuinely hope you take this experience as an opportunity to reflect on how customers and their vehicles are treated. The level of trust I once had in your work is no longer there. Be better. Do better. Customers deserve nothing less.

In January 2026, we brought our truck to Jordan Ford for an open recall. The dealership kept it for two days, then called us to pick it up. When I asked the service advisor what had been done, I was told, "Nothing--Ford canceled the recall." We were later informed that the truck had two open recalls: one involving the rearview camera and another involving a PCM and TCM update. When we contacted Jordan Ford, we were told that both remedies were available, that the rearview camera update could be completed remotely, and that the PCM/TCM update had to be performed at the dealership. After leaving the truck at Jordan Ford for another three days, we were told it was ready. However, upon pickup, we discovered that only the rearview camera recall had been completed. That update could have been performed at home, while the PCM/TCM recall--the repair that required an in-person dealership visit--was not addressed. When we expressed our frustration, our service advisor, Rene Contreras, simply laughed. That response was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. After two separate visits and several days without our vehicle, Jordan Ford still failed to complete all available recall work and treated our concerns dismissively. We will not be returning to this dealership and cannot recommend it to others.
