I called up Carlos late in the day with an AC issue, and despite the shop getting ready to close, he didn't hesitate to say, "Come on by, we'll take a look." That right there? Rare. That's real customer service. The whole experience felt like I was being welcomed into a family shop. No pressure, no upsells, no nonsense--just honest, quality work. He diagnosed the problem, topped off the Freon, and had me back to blowing cold air fast. Total cost? $150 for Freon. In this heat, that's a steal. I got screwed and bought a car which ended up having a bad motor. I got estimates from tons of shops who either couldn't do the work "because it's a hybrid" or wanted to charge me insane amounts!! Mickey took me in, gave me an unrealistically great price, and then further discounted it when he learned of my story and struggle with the unlucky purchase. All work was done with exceptional quality, professionally, quickly, and I was always updated with phone calls and picture and video messages. When I came to pick up the car I was treated like a guest and a friend. He took an extraordinarily generous amount of time to show, explain, and educate me on all things Prius. The facility was BEAUTIFUL.
