I just finished a 20 minute chair massage and oh em gee I feel amazing. I'm a small lady 5'1 but need lots of strong pressure for my neck thats difficult fir untrained hands to keep up for a long period of tine. This was perfect my neck feels so relaxed. I'm no spa newbie I like going to expensive day spas like anyone else, you wont end up with the really deep meditative high feeling you can get at a spa because comeon this is the middle of the mall but of you just need to have your body not be on pain I highly recommend this place. PLUS they have a stamp card which is great because they can expect me in at least once a week :D read more

Too much talking between staff. No customer focus. My massage was more of pressure point massage rather than muscle massage. Too hard even for a big guy like me. I asked to tone it down, but kept getting harder. Had to end massage sooner. I just was not enjoying it. I had few massages there before which were ok-good, but this time it was bad. read more

I stopped in while at the mall. My provider was excellent. I was surprised by her effectiveness being that I remained fully clothed.

See Kim. She is the best-hands down (haha, thus "Good Hand"). She stands out-literally. She's the tallest of all of the staff! Each time I've gone in here and I let someone else touch my back besides Kim (& Charlie does a good job as well), I left either in pain or unsatisfied. Usually a 10 or 15 minute massage is perfect for the knots in my back. Their massages are some what pricey ($60 for an hour massage compared to $40 at Massage Envy or $29 at a new place on Sunrise), but Kim keeps me coming back. I swear this woman has magic hands. She knows exactly how much pressure to use and when. 5 stars for Kim's amazing massage! 1 star is knocked off because all of them don't massage as good as her. She needs to give them lessons. That's it. I'm going to go see if Kim is in. If not, I'll walk right out. read more

I give this place a high rating. Allen is wonderful! I see him at least once a week. They are courteous and listen and are great for deep tissue. I always get a table but the chair massages are good as well. Foot massages are great as well. You don't have to make an appointment either Allen also stretches me and usually works in some new variation of something that I said worked well last visit. I read the reviews before deciding to go. The negative reviews were actually the ones that I liked. One said that the masseuse used to much pressure. Well, that was exactly what I was looking for. If I wanted someone to lightly press on my back, I would have had my kids do it. I hate paying for a massage and then feeling like I wasted my money. So, anyway, I went to the mall and only had to wait maybe 10 minutes. I didn't really notice a language barrier. At the beginning of my massage I had a female masseuse who applied enough pressure for me not to be disappointed. Thankfully though about 5 minutes into the massage a guy named Peter took over and pressed into muscles I didn't know existed. The pressure was next to perfect and the technique was incredible. At times it felt like his elbow would go through my back and through the table but I was in 7th heaven and couldn't have cared less. He asked me a few times if the pressure was ok and understood my incoherent responses. At one point I asked him to spend a little more time on my shoulders and he did...so....not sure about the language barrier complaint...I paid $60 for a table massage and thought it was a good price for what I received. read more

This place is hit or miss. I always get the 20 or 30 minute chair massage, so I can't tell you about the bed or foot massages. The first chair massage I got here was pretty decent for $24. I just went again today and it was TERRIBLE! The lady didn't adjust the chair for me, so my shoulders and neck were scrunched in an awkward, uncomfortable position. Before I could even get settled and ask her to fix this issue, she'd already started. I have no idea why she felt so rushed - they were totally empty. Her technique was sub-par and she kept pressing her elbow (full-force) directly against my spine. OUCH! About 10 minutes into it, I was tempted to stop her and ask for someone else or just pay for the shorter session. Instead, I asked her to fix the head rest, which helped a little with my positioning and comfort level. My neck is killing me now and I don't think I'll ever go back. I guess you get what you pay for. A $24 massage is just too good to be true. read more

Worst massage I have ever had. I had the 15 minute chair massage, 15 minute foot massage combo. The chair massage consisted of the masseuse rubbing my back with his elbows. When I asked him to use his hands he simply applied pressure to one spot without moving his hands. This guy was extremely lazy. The foot massage was just as bad. The masseuse rubbed my foot with one knuckle and when I again asked him to use his hands he applied pressure to one spot. I observed a guy giving a full body massage with the same lazy pushing on one depot technique. Like the other customer, I almost walked out. Due to irritation I was more stressed when I left then when I went in. Arden mall chair massages are much better. read more
