I stopped in tonight for a quick chair massage - I asked for 25 mins which the sheet said would be $35 After about 20 mins my masseuse pointed to the chair area and said "20 min foot massage $20 more" And, he said "$20 chair $20 foot, $40" so I agreed. When I got over there another man came and stated running my temples quite half heartedly. The chair and foot massage were fine, nothing amazing, but where did the head and scalp guy come from? When I went to pay they wrote on a blackboard type thing, "25 chair 25 foot 25 head" and I was like, whoa, I never asked for that. Then they rewrote it down to $65. Last night I stopped in for a massage. The man came into the room and pretty quickly put a towel over my whole head and was working on my neck. I've never had a massage like this before. I was faced down. I became aware that there was another person in the room, and I could hear her whispering in another language and shuffling around, trying to be very quiet and then finally I said "it feels like there's another person in the room." Oh no, no no, and then it continued, and I finally pulled my head up and I'm draped with a towel so big I still count see. Im 15 minutes into this massage and he's still working on my neck. I kind of pulled the towel aside to see past it and all I could see was the door open about 4' and the hallway, into the room across the hall. I briefly saw another masseuse what seemed to be touching up the other room. I thought maybe I was being robbed, but I didn't happen to bring a purse or any money and I paid at the beginning of the Massage. I have never felt so uncomfortable or violated during a massage. I'm very unhappy with my experience and I'm sad because this is a place I frequent and have a membership at. Additionally, I can't find a place to contact a manager or an owner to talk about this experience so I have to leave a review. Until there's some kind of resolved with this, I would not visit this place. There is something really shady going on. read more

My wife and I have been coming here for a couple of years. I've often overlooked the lack of cleanliness and how loud the staff can be--constantly yelling and talking--which definitely takes away from the experience. That said, the massages themselves have always been thorough and the price point fair. We came in on the 27th to celebrate my birthday, and unfortunately, it was the most disappointing visit we've had. While the massage started off well, the front desk staff interrupted us twice during the session. First, she walked in mid-massage to speak with my wife's therapist, which was already disruptive. Then, she returned again to ask my wife if she was okay with another masseuse taking over, since another customer had specifically requested hers. My wife was not okay with it, but she didn't want to spoil my birthday and reluctantly agreed. By that point, the interruptions had ruined the relaxation, and honestly, we should have just left. In all the places we've been, we have never experienced staff barging in and interrupting massages--completely unacceptable. We asked for a discount, and while we appreciated the reduced price, it didn't make up for the ruined experience. To top it off, we later received a text saying our membership had expired. The guy who answered phone and works up front told me no problem you come in I give you the price. When my wife and I got in he saw the price and said " oh wow that's very cheap, I don't think it will allow you to purchase it for that price. Which it did and then he said that massage is only a "dry massage" clothes stay on, but if you want more better massage it's $120 for couples only 60 min not 90 min. From memberships conveniently expiring with no proof, to very rude staff, I will Not be returning. If you consider buying the membership, get something in writing. They offer a discount for cash but that also makes sure that there is no paper trail to prove or disprove your valid membership. They talk fast and aggressive making the entire interaction uncomfortable. If you even think about buying the Groupon...get ready them to tell you why they can't actually provide the services listed. No one named Larry had a license on the wall. I don't know who not to ask for so I can't go back. Reflexology online says it's steady pressure. That is not what Larry did. A friend of mine and I wanted to treat ourselves for our birthdays. We decided to get foot massages. We both have never been here before and didn't know what to expect. We arrived for our 10:00 appointment and were promptly greeted and escorted back to the massage room, which had three spaces (The third space stayed empty during our session). What is nice about this is if you want to go with a friend, the massages can be done together in the same room. You take off your shoes and socks but you leave the rest of your clothing on. You will get a head, shoulder, back, arms, hands, legs and of course a lovely foot reflexology massage. Both masseuses were very good. The massage was forceful, but not painful and you could tell that they were focusing on certain pressure points. We enjoyed it so much and felt fully relaxed afterwards that we will now make a point to come here on a regular basis. The first time I came in a long time was about 10 days ago. That time it was fantastic! I had a great relaxing massage. I felt great. Because it was so good I went back for another massage a couple of days ago. I don't know what was different because this time I went in feeling pretty good and came out with my neck and left shoulder tight and in pain! It seemed that it was because of the massage table. All the tables are the same with a hole and a round face pillow. This time when I laid down and put my face on the pillow I noticed that my neck was not comfortable. As the massage went on (I did 90min) my neck was feeling worse. I should have gotten up or readjusted because even when I rolled over on to my back my neck would not release. I have to find a massage place that has a regular massage table with a separate face attachment because I can adjust it so my neck won't be strained. read more

The guy in the front thought I was someone else and then someone else came to get me for a different service. I waited 45min and saw 4 different people walk in with appts for 730 go before me. The front desk man went back and forth yelling at other people who work there. I felt ignored and uncomfortable. I made a call to Footy Rooty off Sierra College and I'm glad I did. I had the best massage there and they were so friendly. While I was driving to the other spot, I think the guy figured out I left because he blew my phone up spam calling me (6x in a row) so much I had to block the number. I always make appointment's with "Katie" now, because she is by far the best massage therapist that I've ever experienced. Do not go here and do NOT purchase the tickets. I went in for a relaxing massage for three people and then when it was time to pay, I presented the previously purchased tickets. I was told that they do not accept them and was given a multitude of reasons for why: 1) not purchased there, 2) purchased before 2014, 3) purchased for less. None of these applied to my situation. All tickets were purchased from that Roseville location well after 2014 (I have not been holding onto these tickets for 8 years!) They did not notify me before beginning the massage and, regardless, the fine print states that they are to be accepted there. Whatever you encounter will no be a relaxing situation and will make you more stressed. Trust me! I am not the only one with this situation. We were a party of seven called ahead but when we got there the manager said he couldn't have us all in one room. No problem and in the room of 2 no water soaking but he will give us all a deal in pricing since we did know about their price change and their membership opportunities. Which our out of town guests would not benifit from. Usually I have great service, this time the massage therapist didn't ask me anything just turn over and the lotion was ice cold. I still gave her a tip but she needs to be trained on to ask how are you doing? The prices have doubled and service ok don't look for a big tip. You should be getting paid more by your management. Came here with 4 friends for a foot massage which is really more of a fully clothed body massage. You are led to a low light room with multiple tables. Soft music is playing and it has a relaxing feel to it. Tip - wear clothes that you don't mind getting lotion or oil on and wear shorts or capris for the leg / foot massage part. After being instructed to lay on my back my guy massaged my face, ears, neck and scalp. Weird but felt good. Then he moved on to my shoulders, arms and hands. He gently massaged my legs through my clothes then had me flip over so he could do my shoulders and neck and back and calves. Flipping back to my back he worked on my feet and calves some more, really focusing on my feet and toes. What a great feeling. We bought the 10 for $250 package and used 4 immediately - so for $25 it felt like a bargain. Wish my guy would have had a firmer touch - it would have felt more like a real massage. Pros; Facial and Massage you cannot go wrong. Jeff did my massage. It was a deep tissue massage and very intense. I know I'll be sore in the morning, but it was worth it. Facial was incredibly done! Soft hands, thorough and my skin felt silky soft at the end. Cons; You can't actually relax during massage and facial due to loud door slamming and chit chatting throughout the place. Came out of there hurting more than I was when I went in. I wanted half of the time to be on my body and the other half to be on my feet. The first thing I did was inform the man giving them massage that I only wanted my upper body done for the body massage part. He said OK. He started aggressively massaging my back (even though I can't call it a massage, it was more like heavily rolling his forearm up and down my back the entire time) It was as if he was angry and letting out his frustration on me. I asked him to go lighter and he said ok sorry. After about five more minutes, the painful pressure returned. It was so obvious he was putting all of his strength into my back because he was making grunting noises. What's really terrible is that he was not even massaging my muscles. He was putting all of that pressure onto my spine. He was just rubbing the bones, which was extremely painful, so much so, that I had to clench my teeth and tense my entire body. The exact opposite of getting a relaxing massage. I was on high alert at the rest of the time. Again, I asked him to go lighter, but soon the hard pressure returned. After he was done with my upper body, I thought he was going to go to my feet, but he started putting lotion on the back of my legs and I reminded him "not my legs" and he said OK but just moved his hands down to my calves and I repeated myself "not my legs" and he said OK and continued to work on my legs so I lifted myself from the table, turned around, pointed to my legs and said "no" and he said oh OK sorry. I get that there is a language barrier and that's fine I have no issue with that which is why I got up pointed to my legs, said no and shook my finger. I knew he understood because he wiped the lotion off my legs went to my feet and asked "Is feet OK?" and I said yes . BUT after putting lotion on my feet and massaging them for about two minutes, he moved his hands up my shins and started to massage my legs at this point I just gave up. It is my fault that I was not more bold in that moment to remind him YET AGAIN, not to massage my legs. I will never return. I could not even lay down that night. I had to put icy hot patches on my back. The next day it was hard for me to lean back on the couch because my upper spine was so sore from the pressure put on my bone. read more

One of the masseuses kept sitting on the table and sighing like he didn't want to be there and the other one wouldn't listen to my husband. The whole back smells like cigarettes. Wow! Better than some of my regular massages. Both Kelly and lily are amazing. I couldn't believe the special they had going on $59 for a 90 minute. I woke up with a kink in my neck and couldn't move. Kelly was great at seeing where I had pain and working that area until the muscle relaxed. Within 20 minutes the pain had dramatically reduced. Really appreciated they focus on the areas you ask for and they can also recognize troubleshooting areas. read more
