On Monday morning, I drove approximately 30 minutes to the appointment and arrived on time. I knocked on the door multiple times and tried the doorbell, but no one answered. I waited at the business entrance with a confirmed appointment, called the listed phone number, and left a voicemail. My call was never returned, and no one contacted me regarding the appointment. The most disappointing part was not just the missed appointment, but the complete lack of communication. My initial text went unanswered, the confirmed appointment was not honored, and my voicemail was never returned. I understand that emergencies and scheduling mistakes can happen, but a simple call, text, or follow-up would have been the professional thing to do. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business due to the lack of reliability and communication.

I'm so glad I did and I am thrilled to write this review. If I could give Anne 10 stars, I would. She was responsive, kind and patient with me from the beginning as I asked her questions about her background and experience, being a natural skeptic. She explained that she had recently relocated and her business here was relatively new. Before I messaged her, she had a cancellation and was able to get me in the same day! I drove the short drive to Redmond from Seattle and met Anne. Redmond is an absolutely beautiful, clean and charming town, by the way. Her store front and space are well marked and there was plenty of parking when I visited. But enough about that, I want to talk about Anne! From the moment I walked in and sat down in her chair, I felt comfortable and safe, which says so much. Her warm and compassionate spirit were immediately palpable. She asked me some questions and we began. She made sure I was comfortable in every way. I laid on her table and surrendered to the process. The heated table was very nice. After we began, the whole session just flowed. She is extremely intuitive and sensitive and knew what I needed more than I did. My visit with Anne was spiritual experience. I felt and still feel deeply connected to this amazing human being. I will be forever grateful for her compassionate care and expertise in my time of need.
