If it's an emergency and you have no where else to go, then by all means go. However there wasn't…read moremuch here that I could recommend. The nurses were nice. The staff is a different story. Brother had surgery here and no one knew what the other was doing and was little help with thinking through recovery. The security guards who do the "information" know nothing about the hospital! One guard was on her phone and wasn't helpful at all. One of the entrances closes at 5 pm and the sign says to go through the emergency room entrance. When I did, I had another guard tell me that it's the front entrance and the sign needs to be updated! As a primary caregiver, I felt ill-prepared to take care of my brother. Not many of my questions were answered! I left with more than I brought. Don't get me started on the food! I got better food from my elementary cafeteria. No one should have to eat like that! Get your stuff together!

I visited this location today. My 15 year old daughter passed out so we immediately took her up to…read morethe ER. While waiting in the lobby I called a loved one and she was praying for my daughter and I. The triage nurse calls my daughters name. We walk into the triage room. I'm standing there quiet, phone to my ear and the nurse tells my day to be weighed. She looks at me...and rudely says I can't be on my phone. I shake my head ok. We immediately sit in the chairs next to her desk. I hang up my call. Look at the nurse and say, it's been a lot today..can you just be kind, have compassion...my daughter passed out...I have surgery in less then 24 hrs. Tears are welling up. She says to me. Are you talking about me. I say yes. Please just be kind. She then says to me get out. Get up and get out. Demands I leave. Calls the security in to have me removed!!!! I ask to speak to a mgr...no one says a thing. Security tells me I got to go. Then tells me I can't be in there with my daughter to which I immediately tell him he is wrong. My daughter is under age. I then ask for a mgr. He goes to get one but another nurse calls my daughter. I speak to a mgr when things calm. She basically tells me the nurse was asking me to wait outside so someone else could help me.....not cool. I will be filing multiple complaints to make sure Lisa the triage nurse understands how NOT to act when people are in need. Not ok. I honestly don't know if I will be back. I'll more than likely drive far for better care. 100% believe it was fueled by racism!!!

They also let an IV drip out of the bag or my arm into my lap to the point it was soaking wet and I was shivering. I passed out multiple times and they left me for HOURS. Many patients came after us and they were taken in. Front desk ould not give us any update when our turn would be. Two young ladies were grasping her wrist and pulling with considerable force while another young lady applied pressure to her back to maneuver her across the bed. During the incident, my mother exhibited audible distress, repeatedly requesting that they refrain from applying pressure to her back and pulling her by her wrist. I respectfully requested the young lady to step away due to my mother's distress, however, the staff member remained stationary and did not acknowledge my plea. Consequently, I exited the room to inform the supervisor and charge nurse about the concerning incident I had witnessed. This is unacceptable & the fact that the doctor tried to downplay the situation made me even more furious!
