Mike came for the service call. I had called him late the night before and he answered the phone! I asked him to help us change all the locks on our house and also to help us install our front door lock. He arrived on time and was very efficient. He even helped me put the temporary lock I was using on the entry door back on our garage door for free after he installed our entry lock. I would have given them 5 stars if they had told me about the service call charge of $45 upfront when I first called him for a quote on pricing for everything. I didn't find out about this charge until he was leaving and writing up the bill for me. He did however deduct $20 for the entry lock installation so the overall service charge ended up being $25 net. Overall a happy customer and would recommend them. read more
