I had to get to work so Mike's speed, service, and professionalism helped alleviate a stressful situation. The 'stupidity fee' I had to pay was very reasonable as well. Mike came to rescue on a Sunday afternoon when I was running errands crazily. The lock was broken and I can't use a key to unlock the door. Great service at a fair price. We needed a replacement "original" Toyota key. Old key was too worn down to make an accurate copy so locksmith had create a new key (w/o using old key as a template) that fit perfectly into ignition, door, and trunk. Essentially it was a sort of factory replacement. Bottom line, these guys made a perfect replacement key that worked without any problems. The teeth on the new key looked just like the my original key looked like when the car was first purchased about 10 years ago. As an added touch of "extra" customer service, they offered us a bottle of chilled water (perfect for the hot weather we were experiencing) and they applied graphite powder (pro lock lubricant) to all of the car locks. Will definitely retun here next time the need arises. read more
