They asked the questions to gain an understanding of what was needed so I knew the cost upfront. They also set expectations so I was aware that they might need to destroy the lock in order to open the door. Within 5 minutes, they were on their way to my house. I understand the response time was just good timing because they were in between jobs, but I would recommend Eastern Lock Service and have added them to my contacts for future use and recommendations to friends.

Extremely disappointed. *I'm not even upset that they repossesed my car.
