When I tell you the estate martini was one of the best alcoholic drinks I've ever had--oh my gosh. Sweet, creamy, hypnotizing to watch the bartenders make. Sitting at the bar was great because we got to watch the bartenders work their magic, and it was super cool. They have tinctures in bottles, burn pieces of wood under glasses to give them a smoky flavor, and other interesting things to watch. The hostess was able to seat two of us within 10 minutes, but then, no one checked on us for 15 minutes. There was a server working the tables around us, but they did not check in with us whatsoever. The hostess ended up doubling as the server, even though there was a server for the other tables. The hostess did not know the menu inside and out, and things had to be pointed out on the menu. Also, there was some misinformation. Some people were ordering food, while we were not allowed to order food. Why were some people able to get entrees, fries, and dessert after we were seated and had been waiting for 15 minutes? Someone got more fries after we were told we could not order food. We were also told that the reason why we were kept waiting was because there was something that happened outside of our view. Meanwhile, the server for the tables on either side of us kept coming out with water and taking more orders for those tables. That server even gave one patron a new drink since the one she ordered was not to her liking. This all happened while we waited, and we almost got up and left after 15 minutes. The place is covered in trinkets, musical instruments and little randoms here and there. I got a sweet martini and a hot dog for happy hour and they were perfect highly recommended juicy hot dog and cold crisp drink. The atmosphere was so nice you can't help but talk to your neighbors, I got to meet Mikey and Erin and they were a ball filling me in on all the local things that opened my eyes to new experiences. Yay to chilled vodka! Plus they were super kind when I knocked over a small glass and it broke. Sorry again! While enjoying our drink, a couple got up to sing/play us all a song using the keyboard that's off to the side. Such a cool experience!
