Had a bit of mixup while ordering (most likely from when I switched one bagel out for another flavor) and somehow ended up with one less bagel when I was looking over my order in the car but they apologized and gave me the one I was missing when I went back in. The bagels and strawberry cream cheese spread are fantastic. Very good chew in the bread and quality flavor throughout I made the mistake of letting my niece try their cinnamon raisin bagel with the strawberry cream cheese as her first bagel ever and now she holds it as the standard for all others. The everything bagels are great too. Used them to make some sandwiches with some lox I had bought from the store. The banana bread latte was ok but it was a little too sweet for me and tasted more like nutmeg and hazelnut than banana.

And I was annoyed when I got home and put them in my bagel slicer because due to their softness, the bagels we put in there smooshed down from the blade. The blade is sharp and has never done that with any other bagel... I guess that's why they offer to slice them? Maybe you should take them up on that, I guess, because we left most of them to sit overnight in case that would firm them up but they still got smashed as I put them in the cutter. Kind of unpleasant.
