An excellent local bakery/snack shop. It has been opened recently. Service was quick and they were very friendly. I tired the following items: 1. Indian chai - really flavorful and very good tea. 2. Egg puff-amazing flavor and flaky. I would definitely get it again. 3. Ponganalu - comes with 2 chutneys. Damn the KARAM chutney is out of the world. Felt like I was eating back home (tastes like Nellore KARAM chutney). Definitely get this. Overall an amazing place to get some evening snacks and tea. They have other items on the menu as well. The overall quality is great. Keep it up folks. Couple of things to note: A few chairs to sit down but no tables yet. Good amount of parking and no restroom in the store.

The tiramisu donut is one of the best donuts I have ever, ever had. We also got an ube matcha latte that was delicious. And the cream inside the mango donut was divine, the texture was so light and nice. Our new go-to cafe! Also, the service was excellent.

However, one thing I have noticed is how much of a community there is behind this restaurant. Usually the restaurant has probably 6-10 people, but on some days, it's packed full of people, all who seem connected. Nonetheless, I love the vibe it gives off, and the community that comes with it. I have noticed that it uses less oil than other Indian restaurants that I've been to, which has its ups and downs. It also tastes less spicy, which is ironic. Its service is a little confusing at times, since they have no clue what some items on the menu is sometimes, but I can tell by the last few visits that they are trying to be better. Finally, the decorations lack a theme. I would really appreciate it if it had a theme, but right now it has a bunch of photos of irrelevant pictures. Hope they improve on that.

I dislike and probably hate American breakfast food. My husband loves it, but unless it is a rare place that has vegan breakfast offerings, I am usually stuck with an order of hashbrowns (and often not even that, if they are cooked in butter). Their buffet is simple, homestyle South Indian breakfast (I am South Indian so I know). Their food is good, but not the best. If I was going out for Indian food at 11am or noon, this place would not even make my top 5. However, I am so sick of American breakfast diners that I just could not do it again today. Even though my husband loves his Eggs Benedict, he gets it, and was happy to try this place out for me. He said he really did not get enough to eat, which is how I always feel when we go to an American diner. It is the weekend, so we may go out to eat again when places open for him. To be fair, he was the only White guy in this place and it was packed with people from the Subcontinent. Obviously quite popular. If you are going to give it a try, I recommend getting there early.

Food-wise, we were happy with our selections. We started with the Babai Punugulu. I can't tell you what it was b/c the description only said: A south indian snack enjoyed on the street side, served hot with house chutneys. I can't tell you if there was meat / protein / veggie in it or not. TBH - the menu should have described it a bit more - but it was good and we enjoyed the chutneys that came with it. Having just looked it up online - they are: golden, bite-sized fritters are made from a fermented batter of rice and urad dal mixed with onions, green chilies, and cumin. For entrees - we got the Butter Tikka Masala (w/ chicken) and Rogan Josh (w/ lamb). We asked for them spicy and I thought the spice level was good, but we could have gone spicier - but one never knows. It came with white rice and we ordered a garlic naan. The naan had a good amount of garlic on it so quite good. We enjoyed both of our entrees - I might have gone chicken for mine instead of lamb next time. The sauces for both dishes were really good and plentiful. The only drawback is the ordering / menu. It's on your phone (no menu in the restaurant) - which makes it hard b/c the phone is small - and you literally have to click on each dish to know what it is. Took a while to order. I would recommend having a hard copy menu - or changing the online portion where you can see the descriptions easily w/o having to click on each one. Overall - a great place with good food.

They did try to upsell items but were respectful when I declined. I decided to go with 1 of their quick combos, Combo B. It comes with 2 entrees, rice, and naan. For ~$13 this is a great option to try a variety. I tried the chicken tikka masala and the saag paneer. It was flavorful and delicious. Portion is generous and I could have brought home left overs but couldn't resist. I ate everything in 1 sitting.

The other half had things for vegetarians. It's about $20 for the buffet. We were shocked by the price. It was certainly not worth it. They were taking forever refilling water. A spicy plate of food has to have it available. They were also late getting us bread until we had finished a few plates. Great thing is it's the best Indian restaurant in town to be honest.
