Despite beginning coordination w/ him 6 weeks prior to the scheduled event, touching base as I had updates, and him leaving a voicemail 8 days out and sending an audio message via text 3 days out assuring me that he could support our event despite having issues w/ some of his vehicles, he bailed on me 2 days prior to the event. Had it not been for a fantastic vehicle service company out of Tucson saving the day, our once-in-a-lifetime event would have been significantly degraded because Keith quickly went from assuring me he would provide the agreed upon service to saying he could not support our event w/ very little time to react.

We could call him anytime if we were concerned about anything. I don't feel secure anymore. I am an elderly woman, alone and unable to get out or around very easily. Only notification of new mgmt was a note that my daughter found on the ground. It did't mention getting rid of security or handyman. I found out about security when I called him to warn him of something. He told me that he and the handyman, who was very helpful, had been discontinued. I would have rated the park 5 stars before, but not anymore and am very unhappy with the decision to get rid of security and handyman.

He stopped at circle k so we could grab some adult beverages - and rolled out the red carpet for us. As in - he literally had a red carpet that he'd put down as we entered and exited the limo at the 4 or so stops we made around the town. A great way to spend an hour, and very reasonably priced.

The B&B has several cabins as well as individual rooms in the 'main' building. We were on the 2nd floor. The bedroom and bathroom was comfortable and clean. The main guest spaces (communal) were cozy- a study/ curl up on the couch space to read or watch birds, a kitchen nook and a large main dining room area. A full kitchen and fridge is available for use. Breakfast items available for self preparation or granola bars and fruit and cheese for non- prep options. Pie, coffee, tea and juice were also available. Outdoors you have access to a private garden with chairs, decorative water features, and bird feeders, or a porch option with seating to observe the wildlife. A great getaway space to relax and take in nature ... and extra convenient being next to the Preserve. A few things to note: 1. The website boasts of a chef prepared breakfast in their video. That was discontinued a while ago and unfortunately not disclosed/ clarified (website does say continental breakfast... but the video is also up... mixed messages) at time of booking. While I would have like to have been pampered with a chef prepared breakfast... the alternative of having items available for your own fixings was also appreciated. (2) The pie mentioned in the video also not entirely accurate. There is pie for guests... but it's not homemade. Based on the pie boxes in the freezer it's pie from Walmart. Again, not an issue unless you are envisioning something different from their old reviews. (3) This property maybe for sale or in the process of new ownership.., can't confirm but I did see it listed online. Just hoping that new ownership continues to keep it as a b&b, does not increase rates significantly making it less affordable and continues to make it a haven for nature preservation and for people this.

This hotel is not as good as it used to be. My husband, sister in law and I stayed here for two…read morenights in October. We had last stayed here about ten years ago, and this was probably our third or fourth visit over the past 25 years. The hotel has a fantastic location allowing guests to walk to the wonderful restaurants and shops in downtown Bisbee. As usual, we booked the Captains Suite. This suite occupies an old street level storefront two doors down from the hotel's bar. The bar serves as the hotel checkin and lobby. (More than ten years ago there was at least one other street level suite, a cowboy-themed suite. More than 10 years ago we saw some upstairs hotel rooms with different fun decoration themes.) The Captains Suite is a spacious suite with a large common area, two bedrooms and one bath. It is decorated in a fun way with a mariners' theme. I like the ship's figurehead, the model boats, life preservers, fishing nets, paintings of ships, old nautical maps, etc. The suite's common area has a large table with 6 chairs, a sofa, end table, a small fridge, a TV cabinet, etc. My husband's and my bedroom had bedside tables with good reading lights on each side of the bed. The problem with both bedrooms was that the mattresses were worn out, too soft and close to uncomfortable. We enjoyed visiting the hotel's bar which is two doors away from the Captains Suite. We had drinks there and enjoyed the ambiance. A bartender told us that the hotel recently closed its kitchen and decided to expand its musical stage, which we saw under construction. The bartender said that you can order food while you are in the bar and someone will bring it from a restaurant across the street. We decided it would be easier to just go to the restaurant. I think the restaurant is Taqueria Outlaw. The hotel bartender told us that the husband and wife who own the hotel are very interested in music and each belong to two or more bands. Their interest in music is reflected in the fact that the bar provides music at night. There is a sign in the bar that music (probably live?) can play in the bar until 10:00 pm. Our two night stay in the Captains Suite took place on a Wednesday and Thursday in mid October. I did not enjoy listening to the music coming from the bar. It was not relaxing. Thankfully, the music ended promptly at 10:00 pm both nights, as advertised by a sign in the bar. However, I don't like listening to other people's music when I am trying to relax in a hotel room. I would have preferred that the music ended at 8:00 pm or maybe 9:00 pm. However, that is a business decision made by the hotel owners. On the past occasions we stayed at this hotel I don't recall a hearing music while in the Captains Suite, but maybe I just forgot. Another problem with our stay in the Captains Suite is that we could not get the TV to work. We forgot to tell management about the problem with the TV. I was not interested in watching TV, but my sister-in-law wanted to watch and was disappointed. The room was clean. When we requested more towels, we got them. There is convenient free public parking across the street

Bar was packed but got good service for drinks. I would go back again. FYI the free breakfast is a continental, which had muffins bagels , apples, oranges and coffee, juice. We ordered the breakfast and that was good. Parking was across the street, once it got later in the day there was more parking but packed earlier.
