This service is simply fantastic. This past week I swapped cars with a friend of mine. On Monday, I accidentally scratched the front bumper of her car when I mistakenly caught the curb of a narrow parking garage ramp. I initially got a very expensive estimate from a local body shop that wanted at least three days to complete the work. I then called Genaro, who said he could give me an estimate and do the work on the following day. He was on time, charged me 1/3 the cost of the body shop's estimate and had the work done in 2 hours. And, more importantly, the work was fantastic, and the car looks as good as new. I cannot recommend this service enough. I got a brand new car, 2013 model in fact, just last week. Coming home from work at 1am over the weekend, between being half tired and the road being pitch black, I missed a semi tire on the freeway, it hit the front side on the bottom, of course I felt like crying. Geno runs a great business! I submitted a request for an estimate on the website and promptly got a reply. When I then spoke to Geno, he was able to fit me in at lunchtime. He told me exactly when he was leaving his last destination and again when he arrived. Most importantly, he did a beautiful job on some scraps on my front fenders - looks like new. Easily 5 star rating taking into account every step of the process. I had a few self inflicted scratches on my rear bumper and some scratches on my hood that left me baffled as to how they appeared. Sent an email request with photos to a major auto repair shop in the Walnut Creek area, and when I got the estimate, my jaw dropped. I politely declined and started my search for the mobile dent services that I've seen mobile vans around the East Bay. Came upon Goodbye Dents and sent Geno an email. Then within 20 minutes received a call back and we discussed the repair work and I received an estimate that was easily 1/3rd the price of the major auto body place. I was a bit nervous of having the repair done on my 2013 Audi A6 and wondered if I'd be kicking myself afterwards. But I have faith in the Yelp reviewers out there and given the quantity of 4 and 5 star reviews for Geno, I had faith in him. He and his brother arrived at the agreed upon time, and then in about 3 hours, they fixed the scratches on the bumper and the hood. The paint match was spot on. Easy to see they take pride in their work and they realize a quality job will hopefully lead to more positive Yelp Review and they'll continue to thrive. Geno and his cousin Rudy were great! I had rubbed my door at low speed against someone's bumper leaving minor scratches and dents on my brand new car. I was a little concerned that because the dents were so shallow, dent repair would make very little difference. However, they did a great job and the repair is invisible unless you look at it from an angle a few inches away. Same thing with the scratches. After wet sanding, there's almost no sign that anything happened. The price was a little steeper than I would have liked, but I think it's reasonable and definitely a little less than half the price a body shop would have charged. read more

Geno is a miracle worker. We had a big dent on the side of our nearly brand new Toyota Highlander. I thought I was going to have to replace the door panel, which would have cost either $3000 or a big hit on my insurance. Instead, I got Geno to do it, and he initially quoted me $700, based on some photos that I sent him. Amazing service!!! Wanna save time and money? I mean who doesn't, right? Hire Goodbye Dents then. I was unfortunately dealt the hit and run experience a couple weeks ago on the right rear bumper. Called up my insurance and got a quote through their "reputable repair company" and I was told I had to pay my deductible, get a rental car that only covered 30% of the rental fee, as well was wait a week.
