Thankfully, we were led by locals to Autocon, where owner Nilton Contreras (a 10-year Army medic vet and father of six) and his brothers were so kind. We had to leave the car with them, so Nilton took us and our belongings to a hotel in the next city, and then we rented a car for the remainder of the trip until we could back to Autocon to retrieve my Buick. These brothers are amazing and truly care about their customers as individuals. They replaced the Buick's valve cover gasket with Buick parts and had the car ready in three days. Micheal responded to me on a Sunday and set up an appointment for him to come to me the following day. He worked with my schedule and coordinated with a local shop to have the replacement bearing pressed in. In addition, he replaced all brake rotors and pads. He is respectful and handled himself professionally. He completed the job in my own garage as if I took the vehicle to a "brick and mortar shop". His prices are extremely reasonable.
