After two test drives where…read morewe felt that it wasn't driving safely, we told the mech that it was still very loose in the steering. We were told that it was tightened as much as possible. However, it was very apparent that something was wrong, the vehicle was veering all over the road. We got a second opinion from a mechanic off post and the diagnostic concluded that the front end was installed wrong. Parts that were touching should not have been; they should be free. Upon calling and attempting to recover part of our funds for the installation being done improperly, we were met with denial of any wrongdoing before the owner would even look out our evidence. Instead he decided to find our vehicle based off of our home address(misuse of personal information) and phone harass us and our new mechanic. My front end was reinstalled by a different mechanic off post and now it drives as it did prior to the accident. It was their recommendation that I attempt to get a refund from New Beginning. They said that the work done was very rushed and not done correctly. Because of the improper installation, the alignment could not have been done. This shop charged me for a diagnostic (was not done), an alignment (was not done), and to install my front end (done improperly). Refused our diagnosis from the new mechanic before even looking at our vehicle. They still have not provided a refund for the shotty, rushed work that they did. I would not recommend this place at all. They will gaslight you into believing they did good work and not care to fix any of their mistakes. Go off post if you don't want to be stolen from and taken advantage of. I've never met such dishonest and rude people in my life.

They wait forever to send the payoff to your trade in so after a month it'll still show on your credit report. They do not even file the registration when you buy. Our temporary registration from them is EXPIRING (a whole month since buying) now and they never even STARTED the paperwork to transfer the registration. We go to the clerk and they say NOTHING HAS BEEN FILED. Mind you they sold us a truck that had just been traded in and wasn't in the system yet. The speakers are all messed up. The passenger handle doesn't even work. They ordered wrong parts and delayed it even further we bought the truck May 12th here it is about 45 days later and we still have had nothing fixed and can't even register due to them not filing anything in appropriate timing. Credit file still shows our traded in. Not good. DO BETTER VADEN. Please listen to the bad reviews of this place they take up all your time and money for a bunch of crap. Albert is a great sales man other than that the finance guys a jerk and the mechanics team obviously doesn't know what they are doing. This truck shouldn't have been allowed to be sold with things needed repairs. Better to drive to Savannah to deal with real dealerships. Complete fail.
