After doing my due diligence by checking the BBB, Google, Yelp, and Angi reviews, I reached out to several companies for their feedback and estimates for replacement. I received a lot of data but also received several extreme estimates and a couple of not interested comments. I began to believe what I thought was a pretty straight forward replacement was getting to be too complicated and an extremely expensive endeavor. That is until I contacted Aqua Systems and worked with Richard De Young and his team of professionals. After doing a sanity check with Richard, my faith was restored that this was a simple replacement and more importantly a very reasonably priced replacement. Richard and his team at Aqua Systems worked with me to identify an excellent option and schedule the replacement. Technician Luis arrived on time, even though we were experiencing a rain storm, and within a little over an hour, he had completed the replacement and we were back to an operational status with filtered water. BTW, we never lost water. Luis put us into a bypass so we continued to have water while he did the replacement. We were never inconvenienced. We are extremely pleased and happy with the service provided by Richard and Aqua Systems. You can bet we recommend their company and their services. As a 2x disabled combat veteran I had them out for an initial appt. all went well and was suppose to be contacted with an install date. Never happened and I forgot about it. 2 months later came across an old email and sent a message about experience. Apology and appt set. Mike came out did probably 95% and around 6pm had another appt to get to so I said just come back as it was minor stuff, sorta. A few weeks go by and I didn't hear from them. Sent a email about issues and water never getting tested before or after install.... Important to know if you actually need system or additional things to fix issues. The next day I get a email about service plans... lol. I'm thinking WTF... not even finished with job and trying to get more. Sent email with disappointment and frustration with the whole experience. Guess what? I get a call, and all that is said is "that was a system generated email for all new installs".... and appt.for a week from today. They came early last year to do maintenance for $300 and it worked for 30 days and stopped working for over a year. It is impossible for owner to verify if the system work or not until you check salt level drop. They just came and charged $390 and it still does not work properly. You can just buy brand new water softener system from Home Depot for $550.
