I went to this place trying to get my computer diagnosed and repaired in July last year. The person…read moretold me very confidently that it was the issue of the fan, and the only thing needed was to replace it. Also, they promised a date when the fan would be available, and I believed it. However, when the day came, they said they would need another few days. Using the computer was very important to me, so I got annoyed and switched to another place. At the new place, I was told the issue with my computer was because of a completely different reason, and they helped me repair it smoothly. Glad that the delay helped me avoid further loss with this unreliable KY electronics. Unfortunately, although the diagnosis result was a complete error. I was not refunded for the diagnosis fee. Edit: The business owner replied saying that my job was on May 29, 2024, which is completely false. I wasn't even at the Bay Area during that time. Either he intentionally mixed me up with someone else or simply made up the story. Apparently, I have no point of making up a negative review if being satisfied as the customer, but the business owner has full motivation to respond to negative reviews by making up stories when he cannot reasonably dispute it, and it seems he has been doing it for many other reviews as well.

I brought my phone in for a simple screen repair, and this guy kept my phone the entire day without even fixing it. When I asked for my phone back, he actually refused to give it back to me. That is completely unacceptable. On top of that, his attitude was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Every time I asked what was going on, I got excuses and what felt like nothing but lies. The way he treated me as a customer was ridiculous. If you value your phone, your time, and your money, stay far away from this place. There was zero professionalism, zero respect, and zero accountability. I honestly don't understand how a business can operate like this. This place needs to seriously reconsider how it treats customers. No reason, just wouldn't let me use them. Then this short Asian guy comes over and was condescending. Just had a "here we go with another troubled customer" attitude. The different employees at work here were all incredibly helpful in assisting my son on building his computer, they pretty nerdy, but all in the good way! Lol a lot of items were behind the lock cabinets, but there was an employee behind the counter that could quickly come unlock everything. They had their own private parking lot in the back and prices were basically the same as online my son said, unless you were buying us somewhat used item from a private vendor. I brought…read morein my custom build (5 years old) because my CPU indicator on my MoBo turned red, and I honestly couldn't figure it out, I thought it might've been the processor that wasn't seating right, thermal paste, chord issues, etc. Central Computers not only did they find the right issue which was some weird faulty reset button in my tower, they made sure to not force the wrong option on me and accidentally sell me a new processor/MoBo/whatever the most common replacement is for the error. They gave me back my computer with diagnostics fee being the only cost I paid (39 bucks at the time!) and she's back in working order! Really appreciated their ability to work around my schedule too. Great job y'all, real computer detectives out here.
