They did a great job for me. Had the tires I wanted in stock. 4 tires and alignment in an hour and 15 minutes. Would definitely go back.

Went there for an oil change, and tire rotation. Took them over 3 hrs! I guess that's how long it takes for them to rummage through my car, and steal cash from my center console, and a lot of change! That was 2 months ago! Today I checked my fluids, and come to find out, that there's no oil in my car! ZERO!! Dry as a fuking bone! Horrible business! I don't recommend this place! read more

they are friendly, have most tire sizes, and can do most automotive repairs quickly and open 6 days a week.

Never again! Never again will I take an auto to Scott Co. Tire. Most rude people ever having done business with. I never do these things but for how rude this people were I'm sharing. On Tuesday October 28th at 8 am I took my car up to SCOTT COUNTY TIRE for an alignment. Took them about 35 minutes and they told me it was done. I was then headed to new Albany after to make it to my doctors appointment. As I was headed to new Albany my car steering wheel started to shake and pull the left real hard. I called them and told them what it was doing and they told me it's probably my tires and or my calibers sticking. (Mind you they are brand new wheels and tires, calipers, brakes and rotors) I told them that and they replied with new parts could be faulty. Yes I know this but I never noticed any pulling when I was braking. They told me to come in Wednesday October 29th for them to test drive it and see if they could feel what I was. They were gone maybe 5 minutes and came back saying it was pulling to the left but they think it's the caliper at the fact when they hit the brakes it pulled to the left harder. (Not true I just drove it). So they told me to come back in Thursday October 30th for them to swap the front 2 tires (which they can't because there direction tires) I have to many things going on and don't have the money to have them play a guessing game instead of just fixing the alignment they messed up. So at 5pm on Wednesday October 29th I took it to Big O they did the alignment, showed me the before and after showing where SCOTT COUNTY TIRE didn't have it aligned properly. So today THURSDAY OCTOBER 30 I went back up to SCOTT COUNTY TIRE to talk to and show them it was still out of alignment when they "fixed it". I wasn't rude, I didn't say anything in front of the other customers nor did I yell. I just wanted to come to common grounds and hopefully get the money back from where they didn't fix my alignment. Instead I got the same stupid spill of how there no way Big O just did an alignment, they had to have done something else. I reiterated that no they just did the alignment. The manager proceeded to tell me that I wouldn't be getting a refund because it wasn't his fault I spent more money somewhere else. I replied that it was their fault because they messed the alignment up the first time and wanted me to continue to waste more time and money for them to "fix" it. We went round and round over the same things, him talking about how he does this everyday and knows what he's talking about. I said clearly not when he was wanting to swap the front 2 tires when there direction. That he's blaming brand new parts for being faulty. When there not taking any fault or accountability for what they messed up. He then asked who put the new parts on, I said my husband which knows a thing or two about mechanical parts and he's slammed the papers on the counter and said well then your husband needs to get an alignment machine. I was appalled at how rude and disrespectful they were. I WARN ANYONE WHO GOES THERE. They think women are stupid and don't know their own vehicle and will never admit they were at fault. read more

First I would like to say that I have been a Scott County resident for over 30 years. In the past I have always received quality service at a reasonable price. My last visit not so much. I brought my car in for a simple tire balance and rotation and an oil change. I was told the back brake rotors and calipers needed to be replaced for continued safe operation/stopping. I was charged $546 for a two wheel brake job which I was later informed by two other repair shops that this was over twice the regular rate charged. After I took delivery of my car I was experiencing vibration at highway speeds. I took it to another shop who discovered that Scott County Tire had only put 4 lug nuts on each front tire instead of five. They replaced the missing lug nuts and corrected my problem. Scott County Tire took advantage of me and returned my car to me in an unsafe condition. Beware of this business, they don't have the integrity they once had. Kevin Zehner read more

Had an appointment for 8am for a 4 wheel alignment and dropped the car off around 7:30am. Received a call around 8:45am that my vehicle was finished. They also told me that the rear alignment was checked but found to be good, so no adjustment needed and that they only had to align the front end and I would only be charged for a 2 wheel alignment. This type of speedy service combined honesty,integrity, and competence will have me coming back for all of my alignment needs. Thanks! read more
