Inside lots of organized racks of clothing, lots of shoes, a jewelry counter, a room with higher end goods. Then we realized that there was another building next door with housewares and I think more books. We picked up a few things here and took them over to the main building to check out, the cashier was very sweet. I think the prices were fair and benefiting a great cause. We adopted a kitten and weren't told it was with other kittens that were sick and being treated for…read moreparasites. When I contacted them a few days later the girl first said she mix some medication For us to pick up , I contacted another number of where the lab work was done and vaccinations were done at UC Davis and they advised they couldn't release the kittens medical information to me only the SpCA, why? Because the kitten was sick ! Obviously, shouldn't I be aware of medical issues with an animal I just adopted!? about 20 minutes later they said it was not their kittens even though they were currently treating them with meds but that it was my" elderly cat" (he's 10). I took my cat straight away to our vet who tan blood work( $570) took stool samples and advised he needed medication for parasites deworming ect. The SPCA refused to give us the medication for the kitten we adopted but told us it would be best if we just returned him to the foster who was caring for him. All they are interested in is the "DONATION" of $135 or "Fee" . I am happy to donate to the care and rescue of all animals but I will not contribute to staff not doctors giving medical opinions and letting sick animals be adopted knowingly. We were told the cat may have diarrhea due to them changing the food. Clearly this was not the reason. They don't respond to emails, they don't have an office number they are unorganized. I have adopted several cats from shelters and SPCA. This is a common occurrence of how pet adoptions happen.

I got nice greeting and friendly. Second time i came to store i wore my cheap blouse and short ( nothing fancy) and yes i'm Asian but they still treat me very nice and helpful (so they are not racist) that day i came back home with very pretty dress , pants and blouses. Third time i found things i like but i need some advice to decide and the sales named Kelsey she help me even though she was busy with training new employee. I took her advice and i really love what i bought that day. :) Their clothes are not cheap but u get what you paid. What i like about this place are 1.they carry XS size for small person like me 2.they have some good quality local brand which is not too expensive and unique. 3.premium denim wear 4.there are many style in this place. This boutique has been in business for 12 years if they really have very bad service or racist i don't think they can survive in Davis because people can drive to Nordstrom in SAC or go to SF to find a lot of nice boutique there. It was definitely the best women's store I've ever been in and both my girls seemed to agree. Then I read some of the nasty reviews and I felt compelled to post this. We couldn't have been treated better by the manager and another gal working there. It reminded me of that saying "hell hath no fury like a woman scorned." I'm sure that applies here for the few haters that didn't get their petty ways. Trust me--there's no way any female into fashion won't absolutely love this place! Davis is lucky to have it.
