While shopping, I observed multiple staff members who were restocking merchandise openly discussing, in front of customers, how they were removing the "good" items from the sales floor to take to the back and set aside in personal piles for one another. This was spoken about loudly and casually, as if it were standard practice. While doing so, these same employees repeatedly stepped directly in front of me and physically pushed past me to access racks I was actively browsing. This occurred multiple times and created an uncomfortable and disrespectful situation. The combination of staff hoarding merchandise for personal use and physically disregarding customers reflects a serious lapse in professionalism and store oversight. Customers should not be displaced or made uncomfortable so that staff can reserve merchandise for themselves. This behavior undermines trust, fairness, and the integrity of the store's operations, and leadership should be made aware.

The job was a move from a 1 bedroom apt to another, within the same building, consisting of furniture plus boxes we packed ourselves. It was probably a relatively small job compared to other moves, but the hunks, Anthony and Jason, were very professional. They were respectful, responsible, careful and courteous. They texted and communicated prior to the move, arrived on time, were considerate of other tenants in the building hallways, and cleaned up as they worked. They also hauled away some of the furniture we could not take to the new apartment. The entire move was fast and efficient and only took 2 hours. I would highly recommend this company. I have used them twice and will call again in the future.

There is a little bit of an ongoing debate of which is preferred a firmer or softer bed. People say a firmer one is better for your back, I think they may not priortize sleep and dont want to be in bed for long. Me on the other hand, a softer bed will cause you to fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. What good is a bed that youre laying on without falling asleep just for your back? Aye. The saleslady Shari was nice and very considerate, why this experience got any kind of a high review. I prefer working with women in every capacity. It was just me and her in the store trying each one, but unfortunately they were too hard and firm. The one thing i would like to add in general on behalf of mattress stores, they should price in or even accept your trade-in of a previous mattress like a Car Dealership does. This is a business and they handle mattresses better than we do. If i was an employee there, this would be a Board Meeting winning idea id enter in with before joining! Consumers would shop at the mattress store knowing they'd take their previous mattress as far as discounting the price. Always wise to be conciliatory to the consumer securing more sales that way too! :)

I knew this little shy girl was meant for our family. We brought her home and within a few days she really blossomed! Now, after only 3 weeks she is the biggest love bug and lap kitty! I am so thankful that we saved this beautiful kitten. Please, when you visit a shelter be sure to pay attention to the shy and timid cats as well as the outgoing ones! They deserve a chance at a loving home as well! I want to thank Maddie for helping me with Talia's adoption. You were so wonderful! She is the most loving, playful and adorable little kitten!
